Dues Check Off Deductions. ‌ The County agrees to deduct all Union dues, member benefit program costs, insurance premiums, and assessments from the pay of those employees who have authorized that such deductions be made. The amounts deducted shall be remitted promptly to the Union, or its designees, with an alphabetical list of the employees from whom the deductions were made. The Union agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the County, its officers, agents, and employees from any claim, liability, or damage arising from this provision.
