  • Dues Deduction 6.2.1 The District shall deduct, in accordance with the CSEA dues and service fee schedule approved by the CSEA delegates, dues from the wages of all employees who are members of CSEA on the date of the execution of this Agreement, and who have submitted dues authorization forms to the District.

  • Dues Deductions 47. Dues deductions, once initiated, shall continue until the authorization is revoked in writing by the employee. For the administrative convenience of the SFMTA and the Association, an employee may only revoke a dues authorization by delivering the notice of revocation to the Controller during the two week period prior to the expiration of this Agreement.   • Invoicing Payment All invoicing and payment for services performed under this Contract shall be as specified in Attachment B, hereto.

  • Amount The required additional Security shall be in an amount equal to the amount necessary to gross up fully for currently applicable federal and state income taxes the estimated Costs of Local Upgrades and Network Upgrades for which Interconnection Customer previously provided Security. Accordingly, the additional Security shall equal the amount necessary to increase the total Security provided to the amount that would be sufficient to permit the Interconnected Transmission Owner to receive and retain, after the payment of all applicable income taxes (“Current Taxes”) and taking into account the present value of future tax deductions for depreciation that would be available as a result of the anticipated payments or property transfers (the “Present Value Depreciation Amount”), an amount equal to the estimated Costs of Local Upgrades and Network Upgrades for which Interconnection Customer is responsible under the Interconnection Service Agreement. For this purpose, Current Taxes shall be computed based on the composite federal and state income tax rates applicable to the Interconnected Transmission Owner at the time the additional Security is received, determined using the highest marginal rates in effect at that time (the “Current Tax Rate”), and (ii) the Present Value Depreciation Amount shall be computed by discounting the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s anticipated tax depreciation deductions associated with such payments or property transfers by its current weighted average cost of capital.

  • Membership Dues Deduction Any unit member who is a member of the Teachers 20 Association of Long Beach, CTA-NEA, or who has applied for membership, may 21 pay a lump sum cash payment to the Association or sign and deliver to the District 22 an assignment authorizing deduction of unified membership dues, initiation fees and 23 general assessments in the Association. Pursuant to such authorization, the District 24 shall deduct one-tenth (1/10) of such dues from the regular salary warrant of the unit 26 authorization after the commencement of the school year shall have deducted one- 28 periods.

  • LOCAL AND BCTF DUES DEDUCTION 1. The employer agrees to deduct from the salary of each employee covered by this Collective Agreement an amount equal to the fees of the BCTF according to the scale established pursuant to its constitution and by-laws, inclusive of the fees of the local in the district, according to the scale established pursuant to its constitution and by-laws, and shall remit the same to the BCTF and the local respectively.   • Transfer Expenses A transferred employee is expected to make arrangements to move expeditiously but this should not exceed a period of one year from date of transfer, except where there is a specific agreement between the employee and local management for an extension. The employee must provide in writing his/her intention to move to the supervisor, prior to receiving payment for any applicable living expenses. Reimbursement for actual costs incurred in the move will be allowed as follows: • All employees who are eligible for moving expenses shall be afforded 12 weeks from the date the employee reports to work in the new location (i.e., date of transfer) to decide whether or not they wish to move. Payment of the following expenses is predicated on the employee maintaining his/her previous principal residence:

  • Late or Insufficient Payment All invoiced balances under this Agreement that are not paid in full by the due date will be subject to the DSP or Illinois Commerce Commission late payment rules.

See Appendix L for details related to the boundaries of the above-mentioned metropolitan areas. The metropolitan areas also include any location outside the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States. Employees who meet the eligibility requirements for two (2) or more consecutive meals shall be reimbursed for the actual costs of the meals up to the combined maximum reimbursement amount for the eligible meals.
