Dues/Fees Deductions. Upon written authorization from an Adult Family Home provider, the State as a payor, but not as the Employer, shall enforce this representational security provision according to RCW 41.56.113 by deducting from the bargaining unit member’s Medicaid and state-funded long-term care payment the member dues and non-member representational fees required by the AFHC. The State shall remit all deducted dues/representational fees to the AFHC. The State shall not collect or reconcile any retroactive dues/representational fees.
