Dues Remitted To Association. All dues deducted by the Board shall be remitted to the Treasurer of the Association or designee no later than ten (10) days after such deductions are made.
Dues Remitted To Association. With respect to all sums deducted by the YCOE, pursuant to paragraphs 8.1 above, the XXXX agrees promptly to remit such monies to the Association accompanied by an alphabetical list of unit members for whom such deductions have been made, percentage of employment if less than full time, and shall indicate any changes in personnel from the list previously furnished.
