List of Unit Members. The CSEA shall have the right to be provided with a listing of all bargaining unit employees, their present classification, their initial hire date, and their primary job site, within a reasonable time following request by the CSEA. Thereafter, the CSEA will be provided with a current listing of additions and deletions to the bargaining unit by January 30 of each year or within thirty (30) days after request. In addition, the District shall provide the CSEA Chapter President or designee notice of each newly hired bargaining unit member within seven (7) days of employment, including the Personnel Action Form showing the employee’s name, date of hire, classification, department, work location, and work schedule.
