Common use of Duration and Implementation Clause in Contracts

Duration and Implementation. ‌ A. This MOU shall upon ratification by both parties, become effective and remain in full force and effect up to and including June 30, 2027. B. Each party shall exercise its right to present bargaining proposals for a successor MOU no earlier than 120 calendar days prior to the expiration of this MOU and no later than 90 calendar days prior to the expiration of this MOU.

Each party shall exercise its right to present bargaining proposals for a successor MOU no earlier than 120 calendar days prior to the expiration of this MOU and no later than 90 calendar days prior to the expiration of this MOU. C. During the term of this MOU, the parties agree to reopen negotiations limited only to salary increases for January 2018. Parties shall begin meeting between 120 and 90 days prior to January 1, 2018.
