DURATION AND RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT. 28.01 This Agreement shall commence on the first day of September, 2008, and end on the last day of August, 2012, and shall continue from year to year thereafter unless either party gives notice in writing to the other not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days prior to the expiry date hereof of that party's intention to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate revisions thereto.

Every effort will be made to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate revisions theretomeet within thirty (30) days of the date on which the notice is received, for the purpose of commencing negotiations.
