Duration of Period. This Agreement shall be effective as of July 1, 2005 and continue through June 30, 2008, subject to the Association's right to negotiate over a successor Agreement as provided in Article II. This Agreement shall not be extended orally, and it is expressly understood that it shall expire on the date indicated, unless it is extended in writing.

Duration of Period. The probationary period is not less than twelve (12) months for miscellaneous employees, not less than eighteen (18) months for dispatchers, not less than eighteen (18) months for sworn Public Safety employees, and not less than twenty-four (24) months for Management employees. Employees who receive promotional appointments must serve another probationary period of at least six (6) months for non-supervisory employees and twelve (12) months for supervisory employees (includes management classifications).

  • DURATION OF AGREEMENT All agreements and obligations of the Company contained herein shall continue during the period Indemnitee serves as a director or officer of the Company or as a director, officer, trustee, partner, manager, managing member, fiduciary, employee or agent of any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other Enterprise which Indemnitee serves at the request of the Company and shall continue thereafter so long as Indemnitee shall be subject to any possible Proceeding (including any rights of appeal thereto and any Proceeding commenced by Indemnitee pursuant to Section 14 of this Agreement) by reason of Indemnitee’s Corporate Status, whether or not Indemnitee is acting in any such capacity at the time any liability or expense is incurred for which indemnification or advancement can be provided under this Agreement.

  • Suspension of Performance Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, if an Event of Default or a Potential Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, the Non-Defaulting Party, upon written notice to the Defaulting Party, has the right (i) to suspend performance under any or all Transactions and (ii) to the extent an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, to exercise any remedy available at law or in equity, except as limited be Section 5.7.
