MISCELLANEOUS EMPLOYEE BENEFITS. 18.1 The City, during the term of this Agreement (February 1, 2020 – September 30, 2022), will provide a dry cleaning allowance each year of the Agreement in the amount of 560.00. One-half (½) shall be paid on a pro rata basis on or about October 1 and April 1. MISCELLANEOUS EMPLOYEE BENEFITS. 21 24.1 When an employee is required to use his/her personal automobile in the 22 performance of City business, said employee will be reimbursed for 23 operating expenses at the rate provided for in the City's travel policy, 24 exclusive of mileage traveled to and from his/her work location.
MISCELLANEOUS EMPLOYEE BENEFITS. 15.1: Employees shall have the right to trade days off with or work for another employee of the same classification without the commanding officer's approval for either employee for normally scheduled work. Any special or abnormal assignments are excluded from this right. The Employee who is scheduled to work must inform the commanding officer at least one hour before the start of the shift involved of any trade of work days or days off. The employee who has agreed to work the traded days will be responsible for his/her attendance on that work day. The Employee who works shall receive any appropriate shift differential.
MISCELLANEOUS EMPLOYEE BENEFITS. 27 29.1 Employees required to use personal vehicles when ordered to report to 28 another duty station without prior notification after reporting to or leaving from 29 his/her regular duty station shall be paid $4.00 per one-way trip. These 30 monies shall be paid bi-weekly upon employee presenting appropriate 31 document verifying such trips.
MISCELLANEOUS EMPLOYEE BENEFITS. During the Term, the Executive shall be permitted to participate in any group life, hospitalization, dental or disability insurance plan, health program, pension plan, similar benefit plan or other so-called "fringe benefits" of the Company (collectively, "Benefits"), which may be available to other executives of the Company generally on the same terms as such other executives.
MISCELLANEOUS EMPLOYEE BENEFITS. 16.01. Employees engaged as mechanics shall furnish the ordinary hand tools necessary to perform the work required of them. Tools to be provided by the employees shall be determined by the Labor Management Committee. The City will furnish all other tools. The City shall not be responsible for broken, stolen, damaged, or lost tools. Any employee who loses City tools or other City property may be charged for the cost of such tools. Each employee classified as a mechanic shall be provided a quarterly tool allowance reimbursement up to $300, for an annual total of $1200. Each eligible employee shall be required to submit receipts for tools purchased for reimbursement. Any quarterly allowance not used shall carryover throughout the calendar year. Eligible employees shall have until January 31 to submit receipts to be reimbursed for the prior year’s tool allowance.
MISCELLANEOUS EMPLOYEE BENEFITS. 19 19.1 The City, during the term of this Agreement (January 1, 2022 – September 30, 20 2024), will provide a dry cleaning allowance each year of the agreement in the 21 amount of $550.00. One-half (½) shall be paid on a pro-rata basis on or about 22 October 1st, and April 1st. 24 The City, during the term of the Agreement (January 1, 2022 – September 30, 25 2024), shall provide an annual clothing allowance to all personnel assigned to 26 plain clothes each year of the agreement in the amount of: $575.00. One-half 27 (½) shall be paid on a pro-rata basis on or about September 30, and April 1st. 29 Each fiscal year of this Agreement (January 1, 2022 – September 30, 2024), all 30 employees covered by this Agreement shall receive one hundred ($100.00) 1 dollars annual leather allowance, to be paid within the first quarter of the fiscal 2 year. 5 There shall be no allowances under this article after September 30, 2024, unless 6 and until there is a new Agreement in effect providing for such allowance.

One-half (½) shall be paid on a pro-rata basis on or about 17 October 1st, and April 1st. 19 The City, during the term of the Agreement (October 1, 2013 – September 30, 20 2016), shall provide an annual clothing allowance to all personnel assigned to 21 plain clothes each year of the agreement in the amount of: $575.00.
