DURATION OF THE RENTAL. 1. The rental begins and ends on the date, time, and location designated in the Particular Conditions for the vehicle pickup (Check-in) and return (Check-out), respectively. 2. If the TENANT wishes to extend the duration of the rental, they are required to contact the OWNER in advance to enter into a new agreement or to renew the current one, subject to the OWNER approval. 3. The pickup of the vehicle is preceded by a joint inspection by the TENANT and the OWNER, resulting in the preparation of an inspection report included in the document "Particular Conditions," which is an integral part of this Agreement. The report describes the condition of the vehicle and indicates any existing defects and/or damages and is validated by both parties with their respective signatures, in accordance with Clause 16.

DURATION OF THE RENTAL. The Lessor rents the dwelling to the Tenant from at 4 p.m.* to at 10 a.m.*, That is to say a maximum duration of non-renewable nights. The Tenant expressly undertakes to have fully vacated the rooms on at the latest by 10 a.m.*, and to hand over the keys to the Lessor, * except with the agreement of the Lessor if there is no arrivals or departures on the same day. DURATION OF THE RENTAL. The rental is granted for the fixed term as defined at the time of booking or invoicing and set out in the Rental Agreement, and ends at the agreed date and time. At the end of the rental period, an excess of 59 minutes is granted. Beyond that delay, a full day will be charged in the Special Conditions without renewal of the contract. The maximum duration of the rental of a vehicle is 30 days. If the Lessee wishes to rent a vehicle for a period longer than 30 days, a new contract and a new invoice will be established between the Lessor and the Lessee. The Lessee has the possibility to extend the duration of the rental before the beginning of the rental or during the rental if the Lessor agrees and if the rented vehicle is still available. The Lessee must then contact the Lessor for this purpose.

  • Duration 23.01 This Agreement shall continue in effect until June 30, 2024 and shall remain in effect from year to year thereafter unless either party gives the other party written notice of termination or desire to amend the agreement. 23.02 Notice that amendments are required or that either party desires to terminate this agreement may only be given within a period of ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date of this agreement or to any anniversary of such expiration date.   • Lease Term The terms and provisions of this Lease shall be effective as of the date of this Lease. The term of this Lease (the “Lease Term”) shall commence on the “Lease Commencement Date,” as that term is set forth in Section 3.2 of the Summary, and shall terminate on the “Lease Expiration Date,” as that term is set forth in Section 3.3 of the Summary, unless this Lease is sooner terminated as hereinafter provided. Tenant hereby acknowledges that the Premises are currently occupied by another tenant of the Building. If Landlord is unable for any reason to deliver possession of the Premises to Tenant on any specific date , then Landlord shall not be subject to any liability for its failure to do so, and such failure shall not affect the validity of this Lease or the obligations of Tenant hereunder. For purposes of this Lease, the term “Lease Year” shall mean each consecutive twelve (12) month period during the Lease Term. At any time during the Lease Term, Landlord may deliver to Tenant a notice in the form as set forth in Exhibit C, attached hereto, as a confirmation only of the information set forth therein, which Tenant shall execute and return to Landlord within ten (10) business days of receipt thereof; provided, however, Tenant’s failure to execute and return such notice to Landlord within such time shall be conclusive upon Tenant that the information set forth in such notice is as specified therein. In addition to the foregoing, subject to any delays caused by Tenant or any Tenant Parties and events of Force Majeure, if Landlord fails to tender possession of the Premises to Tenant on or before January 2, 2015 (the “Base Rent Delivery Date”), Tenant shall be entitled to one (1) day of per diem Base Rent abatement for each day commencing on the day after the Base Rent Delivery Date and ending on the date Landlord so tenders possession of the Premises to Tenant. Any such Base Rent Abatement shall be separate from and in addition to any Rent Abatement described in Section 3.2 below.
