DURATION OF YOUR RIGHT TO OCCUPY THE APARTMENT. You may reside in your Apartment for as long as you live unless you are not capable of maintaining yourself in independent living in the Apartment or this Agreement is cancelled by you or by us. If, in the opinion of the medical director or your attending physician, your physical or mental health requires that health center services be given, you will be requested to relocate to the Community Health Center where we are licensed to provide such care. You will not be requested to relocate to the Community Health Center unless necessary for your health or safety or the health or safety of others. If there are no beds available in the Community Health Center, you will be requested to relocate to another health facility with which we will contract to provide health center services. You will continue to pay the applicable Monthly Charges to us, and you will be relocated to the Community Health Center as soon as a bed is available.

DURATION OF YOUR RIGHT TO OCCUPY THE APARTMENT. You may live in your Apartment for as long as you (or either of you) live unless you (or both of you) are not capable of maintaining yourself in independent living in the Apartment, or this Agreement is terminated by you or by us. If, in the opinion of your attending physician or the Medical Director, your physical or mental health requires that nursing care or Assisted Living Services be given, you will be asked to relocate to The Health Center at Meadow Ridge or an Assisted Living Apartment at Meadow Ridge. You have the right to be independent in decisions regarding your medical care, and we shall not prevent or otherwise infringe upon your right to obtain treatment, care and services from providers with which we do not have a contractual arrangement. If it is determined that you require hospitalization, we will assist in the coordination of your transfer to an appropriate hospital. Community staff will not accompany you to the hospital nor will we be responsible for the charges associated with your transfer.

  • Right to Occupy This Contract is for an assigned Space in University Housing and not for a specific accommodation, Unit or Building. It is UHRL’s agreement to provide Resident with access to a Space in University Housing for residential purposes, together with any installed fixtures and provided furnishings, plus shared use of their Unit and of the Building common areas. This Contract is not a lease or license and does not create any property interest or tenancy rights in any Building or in any particular Unit or Space.

  • Actions We May Take if You Engage in Any Restricted Activities If we believe that you’ve engaged in any of these activities, we may take a number of actions to protect PayPal, its customers and others at any time in our sole discretion. Within 90 days, we must either correct the error or explain why we believe the bill was correct. After we receive your letter, we cannot try to collect any amount you question, or report you as delinquent. We can continue to bill you for the amount you question, including finance charges and we can apply any unpaid amount against your credit limit. You do not have to pay any questioned amount while we are investigating, but you are still obligated to pay the parts of your bill that are not in question. If we find that we made a mistake on your bill, you will not have to pay any finance charges related to any questioned amount. If we didn’t make a mistake, you may have to pay finance charges, and you will have to make up any missed payments on the questioned amount. In either case, we will send you a statement of the amount you owe and the date that it is due. If you fail to pay the amount that we think you owe, we may report you as delinquent. However, if our explanation does not satisfy you and you write to us within ten days telling us that you still refuse to pay, we must tell anyone we report you to that you have a question about your bill. In addition, we must tell you the name of anyone we reported you to. Upon settlement of a disputed bill, we must notify anyone we reported you to that the matter has been settled. If we don’t follow these rules, we can’t collect the first $50 of the questioned amount, even if your bill was correct.

  • No Right To Holdover Lessee has no right to retain possession of the Premises or any part thereof beyond the expiration or termination of this Lease. In the event that Lessee holds over, then the Base Rent shall be increased to one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the Base Rent applicable during the month immediately preceding the expiration or termination. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as consent by Lessor to any holding over by Lessee.

  • TENANCIES AND RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS The Property is believed to be and shall be taken to be correctly described and is sold subject to all express conditions, restrictions-in-interest, caveats, leases, tenancies, easements, liabilities, encumbrances and rights, if any, subsisting thereon or thereover without the obligation to define the same respectively and the Purchaser is deemed to have full knowledge thereof.

  • Restrictive Period The term “Restrictive Period” shall mean the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending two (2) years after the termination of the Executive’s employment hereunder.

  • Consulting Period The Consulting Relationship will be deemed to have commenced on the Separation Date and will continue until October 15, 2023 unless the Consulting Relationship has already been terminated earlier pursuant to Section 3(g) below (the “Consulting Period”).

  • No Right to Employment Any questions as to whether and when there has been a Termination and the cause of such Termination shall be determined in the sole discretion of the Committee. Nothing in this Agreement shall interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company, its Subsidiaries or its Affiliates to terminate the Participant’s employment or service at any time, for any reason and with or without Cause.
