Common use of Duration Clause in Contracts

Duration. This Agreement shall be effective on May 1st, 2021 or thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, and shall remain in full force and effect through September 30, 2024, and from year to year thereafter, provided that either Party may serve written notice on the other at least ninety (90) days prior to September 30, 2024, or any subsequent anniversary date the Agreement remains in effect, of its desire to amend or terminate any provision of the Agreement. Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents of the Parties to this Agreement.

Duration. 42.01 This Agreement shall be effective on May 1stfrom April 1, 2021 or 2020, and shall remain in force until March 31, 2025, and thereafter from year to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, and shall remain in full force and effect through September 30, 2024, and from year to year thereafter, provided that either Party may serve written notice on the other at least nor more than ninety (90) days prior to September 30, 2024, or any subsequent anniversary before the expiry date the Agreement remains in effect, of its desire to amend or terminate any provision of the Agreement. Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents of the Parties to this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Duration. Duration. 34.01 This Agreement shall be effective on May 1stas of October 1, 2021 or thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, and shall remain continue in full force and effect through September 30, 20242026, and will continue thereafter from year to year thereafter, provided that either Party may serve unless written notice on the other at least ninety (90) days prior to September 30, 2024, or any subsequent anniversary date the Agreement remains in effect, by either party of its desire to amend or terminate any provision this Agreement is given by either party to the other not more than ninety (90) nor less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiry date of the Agreement. Duration. Section 1. Duration. This Agreement shall be effective on May 1stas of the first day of January, 2021 or thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later2020, and shall remain in full force and effect through September 30until the thirty-first day of December, 2024, and 2022. It shall be automatically renewed from year to year thereafter, provided that thereafter unless either Party may serve written party shall give sixty (60) days’ notice on the other at least ninety (90) days prior to September 30, 2024, or any subsequent the anniversary date the Agreement remains in effect, of its desire to amend or terminate any provision of the this Agreement. Master Portion - Utility Agreement. Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents of the Parties to this Agreement.

Duration. This agreement will be effective as of July 1,2021, and will continue to be in effect until the 30th day of June, 2024. This Agreement shall will not be effective extended orally and it is expressly understood that it will expire on May 1st, 2021 or thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, and shall remain in full force and effect through September 30, 2024, and from year to year thereafter, provided that either Party may serve the date indicated. If neither party gives written notice on to the other of a desire to reopen this agreement at least ninety (90) days prior to September 30the expiration date, 2024, or any subsequent anniversary date the Agreement remains in effect, of its desire to amend or terminate any provision of the Agreement. Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall this agreement will automatically be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents of the Parties to this Agreementextended for one (1) additional year.

Duration. 44.01 This Agreement shall be effective on May 1stfrom November 1, 2021 or 2022 and shall remain in force until October 31, 2026, and thereafter from year to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, and shall remain in full force and effect through September 30, 2024, and from year to year thereafter, provided that either Party may serve written notice on the other at least nor more than ninety (90) days prior to September 30, 2024, or any subsequent anniversary before the expiry date the Agreement remains in effect, of its desire to amend or terminate any provision of the Agreement. Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents of the Parties to this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Duration. This SECTION 1. Except as otherwise provided herein, this Agreement shall be effective on May 1stas of 12:01 a.m., 2021 or thirty (30) days after ratificationApril 1, whichever is later2019, and shall remain in full force and effect through September 30until 12:00 midnight, 2024March 31, and from year to year thereafter2022, provided however; that it shall be renewed automatically on its termination date for another year in the form that it is written, unless either Party may serve party gives written notice on to the other at least ninety (90) days prior to September 30, 2024, or any subsequent anniversary date the Agreement remains in effect, party of its their desire to negotiate, modify or amend or terminate any provision of the Agreement. Duration. 36.01 This Agreement shall be effective on in effect from May 1st1, 2021 or 2022 to April 30, 2026, and shall remain in effect until, and thereafter from year to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, and shall remain in full force and effect through September 30, 2024, and or more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date or the anniversary date of such expiry date from year to year thereafter, provided that either Party may serve written give notice on in writing to the other at least ninety (90) days prior to September 30, 2024, or any subsequent anniversary date the Agreement remains in effect, party of its a desire to amend terminate such agreement or terminate any provision of the Agreement. Duration. This Agreement shall be effective on May 1st, 2021 or thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, and shall remain in full force and effect through September 30from April 1, 20242015 to March 31, and 2019. Duration. This Agreement shall be effective on May 1stJuly 1, 2021 or thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, and shall remain continue in full force and effect through September until midnight, April 30, 2024, 2024 and thereafter from year to year unless either party gives at least sixty (60) days written notice prior to expiration or any yearly anniversary date thereafter, provided that either Party may serve written notice on the other at least ninety (90) days prior to September 30, 2024, or any subsequent anniversary date the Agreement remains in effect, of its desire to amend or terminate any provision of the Agreement. Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents of the Parties to this Agreement; provided, that should any applicable change be made in State Law that would be contrary to any provisions herein, that provision would be automatically affected accordingly.

Duration. The effective date of this Agreement shall be February 7, 2021. This Agreement shall be effective on May 1stremain in effect through February 3, 2021 or thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, 2024 and shall remain continue thereafter in full force and effect through September 30for successive periods of twelve (12) months, 2024unless either party to this Agreement, and from year to year thereafter, provided that either Party may serve written notice on the other at least or before ninety (90) calendar days prior to September 30the expiration of such period, 2024, or any subsequent anniversary date notifies the other party in writing of its intention to terminate the Agreement remains in effect, of its desire or to amend or terminate any provision terms thereof at the conclusion of the Agreement. Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents of the Parties to this Agreementany such period.

Duration. 37.01 This Agreement shall be effective on in effect from May 1st1, 2021 or 2018 to April 30, 2021, and shall remain in effect until, and thereafter from year to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, and shall remain in full force and effect through September 30, 2024, and or more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date or the anniversary date of such expiry date from year to year thereafter, provided that either Party may serve written give notice on in writing to the other at least ninety (90) days prior to September 30, 2024, or any subsequent anniversary date the Agreement remains in effect, party of its a desire to amend terminate such agreement or terminate any provision of the Agreement. Duration. 24.01 This Agreement shall be effective on May 1stfrom April 1, 2021 or thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later2017, and shall remain in full force and effect through September 30until March 31, 20242021, and unless either party gives to the other party a written notice of termination or of a desire to amend this Agreement, then it shall continue to be in effect for a further year without change and so on from year to year thereafter, provided that either Party may serve written notice on the other at least ninety (90) days prior to September 30, 2024, or any subsequent anniversary date the Agreement remains in effect, of its desire to amend or terminate any provision of the Agreement. Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents of the Parties to this Agreement.

Duration. 25.01 This Agreement shall be effective on May 1st, 2021 or thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, and shall remain in full force and effect through September 30from the 1st day of April, 20242016 to March 31, 2020, inclusive, and shall be automatically renewed from year to year thereafter, provided that unless either Party may serve written notice on party notifies the other at least party in writing of proposed revision, addition or deletion to the Agreement, or any of its provisions. Such notification will be made within ninety (90) days prior to September 30, 2024, the termination of this Agreement or in any subsequent anniversary date the Agreement remains in effect, of its desire to amend or terminate any provision of the Agreement. Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents of the Parties to this Agreementyear thereafter.

Duration. The effective date of this Agreement shall be February 21, 2021. This Agreement shall be effective on May 1stremain in effect through August 19, 2021 or thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, 2023; and shall remain continue thereafter in full force and effect through September 30for successive periods of twelve (12) months, 2024unless either party to this Agreement, and from year to year thereafter, provided that either Party may serve written notice on the other at least or before ninety (90) calendar days prior to September 30the expiration of such period, 2024, or any subsequent anniversary date notifies the Agreement remains other party in effect, writing of its desire intention to terminate this Agreement or to amend or terminate any provision of the Agreement. Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents of the Parties to this Agreementterms thereof.

Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents of the Parties to this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Duration. This Agreement shall be become effective on May 1stas of January 1, 2021 or thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, 2020 and shall remain continue until December 31, 2022. Thereafter, it shall continue in full force and effect through September 30, 2024, and from year to year thereafter, provided that unless either Party may serve written notice on party hereto notifies the other in writing at least ninety sixty (9060) days prior to September 30, 2024, the expiration of the term or any subsequent anniversary date the Agreement remains in effect, of its desire to amend or terminate any provision extended term of the Agreement. Duration. Duration. This The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be effective on May 1st, 2021 or thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, and shall remain in full force and effect through September commencing April 20, 2020 and will continue in effect up to and including June 30, 2024, 2022. This Agreement shall be automatically renewed and from extended year to year thereafterand thereafter without additions, provided that changes or amendments, unless either Party may serve written party services notice on in writing to the other at least party no less than ninety (90) days prior before the end of the duration term to September 30change, 2024, or any subsequent anniversary date the Agreement remains in effect, of its desire to amend or terminate any provision of the Agreement. Duration. 47.01 This Agreement shall be effective on May 1stfrom July 1, 2021 or 2018, and shall remain in force until June 30, 2022, and thereafter from year to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, and shall remain in full force and effect through September 30, 2024, and from year to year thereafter, provided that either Party may serve written notice on the other at least nor more than ninety (90) days prior to September 30, 2024, or any subsequent anniversary before the expiry date the Agreement remains in effect, of its desire to amend or terminate any provision of the Agreement. Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents of the Parties to this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents of the Parties to this Agreementyear thereafter.

Duration. This Agreement shall be become effective on May 1stAugust 16, 2021 or thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, 2019 and shall remain continue in full force and effect through September 30August 15, 2024, and from year to year thereafter, provided that either Party may serve written notice on the other at least ninety 2022. Duration. Such notice may be served at any provision of the Agreement. This Agreement shall be effective on May 1stcontinue in effect from April 1, 2021 or thirty (30) days after ratification2020 to March 31, whichever is later, 2023 and shall remain in full force and effect through September 30, 2024, and from year to year continue automatically thereafter, provided that unless either Party may serve written notice on notifies the other at least in writing of its termination or proposed revision, addition or deletion of any of its provisions. Such notification will be made within the period of ninety (90) days prior to September 30, 2024, or any subsequent anniversary date the Agreement remains in effect, termination of its desire to amend or terminate any provision of the Agreement. This Agreement shall be automatically renewed from year to year thereafter, provided that thereafter unless either Party may serve written notice on party notifies the other at least ninety in writing not more than one hundred and eighty (90180) days or less than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to September 30, 2024, or any subsequent anniversary the termination date the Agreement remains in effect, of its desire that such party desires to amend or terminate any provision of the Agreement. Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents of the Parties to modify this Agreement.

Duration. 25.01 This Agreement shall be effective on May 1st, 2021 or thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, and shall remain in full force and effect through September 30from April 1st 2020 to March 31st 2023, 2024inclusive, and shall be automatically renewed from year to year thereafter, provided that unless either Party may serve written notice on party notifies the other at least party in writing of proposed revision, addition or deletion to the Agreement, or any of its provisions. Such notification will be made within ninety (90) days prior to September 30, 2024, the termination of this Agreement or in any subsequent anniversary date the Agreement remains in effect, of its desire to amend or terminate any provision of the Agreement. Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents of the Parties to this Agreementyear thereafter.

Duration. 24.01 This Agreement shall be effective on May 1st, 2021 or thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, and shall remain in full force and effect through September 30until March 31, 20242008, and from year to year thereafter, provided that thereafter unless either Party may serve written notice on notifies the other at least ninety in writing within three (903) days prior to September 30, 2024, or any subsequent anniversary months preceding the expiry date the of this Agreement remains in effect, of its desire to amend bargain with a view to the renewal, with or terminate any provision without modifications, of this Agreement or the Agreement. Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents making of the Parties to this a new Agreement.

Duration. 33.01 This Agreement shall be become effective on May 1st, 2021 or thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, the date hereof and shall remain in full force and effect through September 30, 2024until the 30th day of April 2019, and shall continue in force from year to year thereafter, provided that unless either Party may serve written notice on party shall furnish the other at least ninety with notice of termination of or proposed revision of this Agreement, not more than one hundred and twenty (90120) days prior to September 30, 2024and not less than sixty (60) days before the 30th day of April 2019, or in a like period in any subsequent anniversary date the Agreement remains in effect, of its desire to amend or terminate any provision of the Agreement. Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents of the Parties to this Agreementyear thereafter.

Duration. 27.1 a) This Agreement agreement shall be in full force and effective on from May 1st1, 2018 to October 31, 2021 or and thereafter from year to year, until either party gives notice in writing of its desire to amend of not more than ninety (90) days and not less than thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, and shall remain in full force and effect through September 30, 2024, and from year to year thereafter, provided that either Party may serve written notice on the other at least ninety (90) days prior to September 30, 2024, or any subsequent anniversary the date the Agreement remains in effect, of its desire to amend or terminate any provision of the Agreement. Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents of the Parties to this Agreementexpiration.

Duration. This Agreement shall be effective on May 1st, 2021 or thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, and shall remain in full force and effect through September from March 30, 20242016 to and including March 30, and from year 2019. Either party desiring to year thereafter, provided that either Party may serve terminate or modify this Agreement shall give written notice on thereof to the other party at least ninety sixty (9060) days prior to September March 30, 20242019. In the absence of such timely notice, this Agreement shall thereafter remain in effect until sixty (60) days following receipt of written notice from either party to terminate or any subsequent anniversary date the Agreement remains in effect, of its desire to amend or terminate any provision of the Agreement. Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents of the Parties to modify this Agreement.

Duration. This Agreement shall be become effective on May 1stApril 1, 2021 or thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, 2024 and shall remain continue in full force and effect through September 30March 31, 20242027. Thereafter, and from year to year thereafterthis Agreement continues for successive periods of twelve (12) months each, provided that unless either Party may serve written notice on the other at least party gives ninety (90) days days’ notice in writing to the other party prior to September 30, 2024, or any subsequent anniversary the expiration date the Agreement remains in effect, of its desire to terminate, amend or terminate any provision of the Agreement. Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents of the Parties to modify this Agreement.

Duration. This 25.01 The Agreement shall be effective on May 1stremain in force from February 22, 2021 or 2015 to and including February 21, 2018 and shall continue in force from year to year thereafter unless in any year not more than ninety (90) days; not less than thirty (30) days after ratificationdays, whichever is laterbefore the date of its termination, and either party shall remain in full force and effect through September 30, 2024, and from year to year thereafter, provided that either Party may serve written notice on furnish the other at least ninety (90) days prior to September 30, 2024with notice of termination or, or any subsequent anniversary date the Agreement remains in effectproposed revision of, of its desire to amend or terminate any provision of the Agreement. Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents of the Parties to this Agreement.

Duration. 20.01 This Agreement agreement shall be become effective on May 1stthe 1st day of April, 2021 or thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, 2019 and shall remain in full effect until the 31st day of March, 2022 and shall continue in force and effect through September 30, 2024, and from year to year thereafter, provided that thereafter unless either Party may serve written notice on party shall furnish the other at least ninety (90) days prior to September 30, 2024party with a notice of termination of, or any subsequent anniversary date the Agreement remains in effect, proposed revision of its desire to amend or terminate any provision of the Agreement. Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents of the Parties to this Agreement, not more than 90 days before the 31st day of March, 2022, or in a like period in any year thereafter.

Duration. 14.01 This Agreement shall be effective on May 1stfrom July 1, 2021 or thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, 2023 and shall remain in full force and effect through September 3011:59 pm on the 30th of June, 2024, 2026 and from year to year thereafter, provided that unless either Party may serve written notice on party gives notice, in writing, to the other at least ninety party not less than sixty (9060) days but not more than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to September 30the expiry hereof, 2024, to terminate this Agreement or any subsequent anniversary date the Agreement remains in effect, of its desire to amend or terminate any provision of the Agreement. Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents of the Parties to this Agreementnegotiate revisions thereto.

Duration. This Agreement agreement, duly signed, shall have effect from September 1, 2019 and continue in force until expiry on August 31, 2022. The agreement shall be effective on May 1st, 2021 or thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, and shall remain in full force and effect through September 30, 2024, and renewed from year to year thereafter, provided that thereafter unless either Party may serve written notice on party gives to the other party notice in writing at least ninety (90) days prior to September 30, 2024, or any subsequent anniversary the expiry date of the Agreement remains in effect, of its desire contract that it desires to amend its provisions. Where notice to bargain a new agreement is given, the provisions of this agreement shall continue in force until a new agreement is signed or terminate any provision of the Agreement. Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced right to writing and executed by duly authorized officers strike or agents of the Parties to this Agreementlock-out occurs, whichever occurs first.

Duration. Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents of the Parties to this Agreement. Section 29.2 For the purpose of negotiating changes in wages, the parties shall meet on or about August 1st of each contract year.

Duration. 23.01 This Agreement shall be effective on May 1st, 2021 or thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, and shall remain in full force and effect through September 30from April 1, 20242004 until March 31, 2007 inclusive and from year to year thereafter, provided that thereafter unless either Party may serve party gives written notice on the other at least ninety (90) days prior to September 30, 2024, or any subsequent anniversary date one month in advance of the Agreement remains in effect, termination of the agreement of its desire to terminate or amend or terminate any provision of the Agreement. Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents of the Parties to this Agreementagreement.

Duration. This Agreement shall be effective on May 1stJune 1, 2021 or thirty (30) days after ratification, whichever is later, 2017 and shall remain continue in full force and effect through September 30to and including May 31, 20242020. Should either party desire to modify or terminate this Agreement before May 31, and from year to year thereafter2020, provided that either Party may it shall serve written notice on the other at least ninety (90) days prior to September 30, 2024, or any subsequent anniversary date the Agreement remains in effect, of its desire to amend or terminate any provision of the Agreement. Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents of the Parties to this Agreementthat date.

Duration. This 26.01 The effective dates of this Agreement shall be effective on May 1stfrom July 1, 2021 or thirty (2019, to June 30) days after ratification, whichever is later2022, and shall remain in full force and effect through September 30, 2024, and from year to year thereafter, provided that either Party until a successor Agreement is agreed upon. Any change agreed upon by the Parties shall be reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized officers or agents of the Parties to this Agreement.

Duration. This Agreement shall be effective on May 1stfrom January 1, 2021 or thirty (30) days after ratification2024 through December 31, whichever is later, and shall remain in full force and effect through September 30, 2024, and from year 2026. This Agreement may be opened by either party giving to year thereafter, provided that either Party may serve written notice on the other at least ninety (90party ninety-(90) days days’ notice prior to September 30, 2024, or any subsequent anniversary date the Agreement remains in effect, of its desire to amend or terminate any provision expiration of the Agreement.
