  • Additional Insured City, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers are to be included as insureds using the applicable ISO additional insured endorsement(s) or substitute forms providing equivalent coverage, in respects to damages and defense arising from: activities performed by or on behalf of Contractor, including the insured's general supervision of Contractor; products and completed operations of Contractor; premises owned, occupied, or used by Contractor. The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to City, its officers, employees, or volunteers.   • Additional Insurance Conditions (a) Contractor’s policy(ies) shall be primary insurance to any other valid and collectible insurance available to the State of Minnesota with respect to any claim arising out of Contractor’s performance under this Professional and Technical Services Master Contract;
