Common use of Duty Year Clause in Contracts

Duty Year. 1. The duty year will be no more than 187 for returning teachers. The duty year for teachers new to the district will be no longer than 191 days –4 days longer than returning teachers.

The duty year will be no more than 185 days (reducing one professional development day and one student contact day for the 2015-2016 calendar and returning to 187 days following the 2015-2016 school year) for returning teachers. The duty year for teachers new to the district will be no longer than 191 188 days –4 3 days longer than returning teachers.
