e-Notices. If we provide this service, you may agree to receive electronically all notices regarding your membership, account(s), or services. These notices will be e-mailed to you or made available on our online banking website.
e-Notices. You may sign up for e-Notices if you wish to receive and view any electronic notices Online or through our Mobile Ap. Your e-Notices may include overdrafts, certificate maturity, loan past due, payment reminders, change in terms, transaction notices and receipts. We will send you an e-mail whenever you have a notice available for review. You will access the e-notice through Online or Mobile banking. You also have the option to download or print documents for your future reference. You have the right to request and receive your e-notices in paper form, and you may withdraw your consent to receive e- notices at any time. You may do this through the e-Notice link in Online or Mobile Banking or contact FNCY for assistance. There are no fees or account restrictions for choosing to withdraw your consent for electronic notices.

e-Notices. Landlord and Tenant agree that as of the Effective Date the addresses for noticese to Landlord under the Lease, as amended hereby, are as follows:

1. State the reason for the termination (i.e., criminal activity, drug-related criminal activity, non-payment of rent, e tc.);
2. Inform the Tenant of their right to make such reply as they may wish;
3. State that the Tenant is entitled to a grievance hearing o n the termination;( where
