E vidence of Insurance. A valid certificate of insurance verifying each of the coverages required shall be issued directly to the City of Xxxxx within 10 business days by the successful Contractor’s insurance agent or insurance company after contract award. Endorsements must be submitted with the certificate. No contract shall be effective until the required certificates have been received and approved by the City of Xxxxx. Renewal certificates shall be sent a minimum of 10 days prior to coverage expiration. Upon request, Contractor shall furnish the City of Xxxxx with certified copies of all insurance policies. The certificate of insurance and all notices shall be sent to: City of Xxxxx Risk Management XX Xxx 0000 Xxxxx, XX 00000 Emailed to: xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx Failure of the City of Xxxxx to demand evidence of full compliance with these insurance requirements or failure of the City of Xxxxx to identify a deficiency shall not be construed as a waiver of Contractor’s obligation to maintain such insurance.

E vidence of Insurance. Consultant shall furnish City, prior to the execution of this Agreement satisfactory evidence of the insurance required issued by an insurer authorized to do business in California, and an endorsement to each such policy of insurance evidencing that each carrier is required to give City at least 30 days prior written notice of the cancellation of any policy during the effective period of the Agreement. All required insurance policies are subject to approval of the City Attorney. Failure on the part of Consultant to procure or maintain said insurance in full force and effect shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement or procure or renew such insurance, and pay any premiums therefore at Consultant’s expense.

E vidence of Insurance. Prior to performing any work and prior to each insurance policy expiration date during the term of this Agreement, Licensee will furnish District with a certificate of insurance (“Certificate”) showing the Insuring Companies, policy numbers, effective dates, limits of liability and deductibles with a copy of the endorsement naming the District as an Additional Insured for each policy where indicated in Article 17.1. Failure of the District to demand such certificate or other evidence of compliance with these insurance requirements or failure of the District to identify a deficiency from the provided evidence shall not be construed as a waiver of the Licensee’s obligation to maintain such insurance. Acceptance by the District of any certificate or other evidence of compliance does not constitute approval or agreement by the District that the insurance requirements have been met or that the policies shown in the certificates or other evidence are in compliance with the requirements. The District shall have the right but not the obligation of prohibiting the Licensee from attaching to Utility Facilities until such certificates or other evidence of insurance has been provided in full compliance with these requirements. If the Licensee fails to maintain insurance as set forth above, the District may purchase such insurance at the Licensee’s expense. The Licensee’s failure to maintain the required insurance may result in termination of this Agreement at the District’s option.

  • Maintenance of Insurance The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain and maintain in effect during the entire period for which the Company is obligated to indemnify the Indemnitee under this Agreement, one or more policies of insurance with reputable insurance companies to provide the officers/directors of the Company with coverage for losses from wrongful acts and omissions and to ensure the Company’s performance of its indemnification obligations under this Agreement. The Indemnitee shall be covered by such policy or policies in accordance with its or their terms to the maximum extent of the coverage available for any such director or officer under such policy or policies. In all such insurance policies, the Indemnitee shall be named as an insured in such a manner as to provide the Indemnitee with the same rights and benefits as are accorded to the most favorably insured of the Company’s directors and officers.

  • MAINTENANCE OF INSURANCE COVERAGE Each party agrees to maintain throughout the term of this Agreement professional liability insurance coverage of the type and amount reasonably customary in its industry. Upon request, a party shall furnish the other party with pertinent information concerning the professional liability insurance coverage that it maintains. Such information shall include the identity of the insurance carrier(s), coverage levels, and deductible amounts.

  • Maintenance of Insurance; Policy Provisions The Contractor, at no additional direct cost to NYSERDA, shall maintain or cause to be maintained throughout the term of this Agreement, insurance of the types and in the amounts specified in the Section hereof entitled Types of Insurance. All such insurance shall be evidenced by insurance policies, each of which shall:

  • Form of insurance The form of the insurance shall be approved by the Director and the City Attorney; such approval (or lack thereof) shall never (a) excuse non-compliance with the terms of this Section, or (b) waive or estop the City from asserting its rights to terminate this Contract. The policy issuer shall (1) have a Certificate of Authority to transact insurance business in Texas, or (2) be an eligible non-admitted insurer in the State of Texas and have a Best's rating of at least B+, and a Best's Financial Size Category of Class VI or better, according to the most current Best's Key Rating Guide.

  • Maintenance/Cancellation of Insurance There will be no cancellation or reduction of coverage of any required insurance without thirty (30) days’ written notice to the Contractor. Such notice may be sent by the Subcontractor’s insurance carrier, insurance broker, or the Subcontractor.

  • Types of Insurance The types and amounts of insurance required to be maintained under this Article are as follows:

  • Certificate of Insurance Contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance form to the City of Sparks to evidence the insurance policies and coverage required of Contractor.
