International Students. International Students. TTU will coordinate with The TTU Office of International Affairs to ensure a smooth transition for AC’s international transfer students to TTU.
International Students. International students who receive institutional scholarships and grants in excess of the amount of tuition and required fees for enrollment (“qualified education expenses”) may be required to have Federal income taxes withheld at a rate of 14% under U.S. tax law.
International Students. International students granted a visa to attend SIU must commit to an enrollment of at least two (2) semesters in order to be admitted to Schiller International University. Each semester, a schedule of twelve (12) credits for undergraduate programs and twelve (12) credits for graduate programs is required. International students will be required to submit an advanced deposit equal to SIU’s charges for one (1) semester’s tuition and fees.
International Students. Non-Dutch students who take courses at an (educational) institution in The Netherlands affiliated with the Short Stay accommodation offers of the SSH (a list of which can be found on xxx.xxxxx.xx/xx). International students hereinafter will be called students.
International Students. 1. The Enrolment Fees, Accommodation Placement Fees and Airport Pick-up Fees (if applicable) are non-refundable in all cases whether you complete your course or not.
2. Tuition Fees are refundable in full if a visa application is refused by DIBP. Australian International College reserves the right to retain $300 as an administration fee. Your application for a refund must be made in writing to t Australian International College together with a copy of the visa rejection notification letter from the Australian Embassy/ High Commission/ DIBP.
3. All fees will be refunded in the case of Australian International College canceling or ceasing to provide a course.
4. Course fees will not be refunded on or after commencement of the course.
5. When you cancel the course;
a. If an enrolment is cancelled more than 28 days prior to commencement of the course, there will be a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of tuition fees less administration fee of $300
b. If an enrolment is cancelled less than 28 days prior to commencement of the course, there will be a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of tuition fees less administration fee of $300
c. If you do not commence on the agreed date without any prior notification, or withdraws from the course once it has commenced, there will be no refund.
7. Where two or more courses are packaged, the conditions apply to all elements. If the enrolment fee is waived due to special conditions/offers, all refunds attract an administration charge of $300. Please note that for packaged courses, the course start date is taken to be the start date of the first course.
8. Where a visa has not been granted in time to start a course on the agreed date, you must contact Australian International College in writing and Australian International College will offer another starting date without extra charge otherwise clause 5a., 5b. and 5c. above will apply.
9. All refunds will be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) or equivalent foreign exchange value at the time of the refund. Payment of refunds will not be made directly to students in Australia, but sent to your overseas address or through the appointed agent.
10. Any payable refund will be settled within 4 weeks after a written claim is received. In the case of provider default, it will be made within 2 weeks.
11. All clients’ requests for refunds must be submitted in writing.
12. All refunds will only be made payable to the person(s) who made the initial payment.

International Students. 6.1 You are responsible for obtaining your visa or other valid permission to enter and study in the UK and for complying with its conditions. If you do not secure valid immigration permission for study, you will not be able to start your programme. If your permission expires during your programme and you no longer have valid leave to remain in the UK, or if you breach the terms of your visa, the University may be required to inform UK Visas and Immigration and may require you to leave your programme.
6.2 If the University is sponsoring your student visa it will inform you separately of your obligations towards the University in relation to your visa, including attendance requirements. It is your responsibility to check that all the details on your Certificate of Acceptance for Studies (“CAS”) issued by the University are correct and up to date before making your student visa application. The University will issue your CAS once you have met all of the conditions of your offer and your admission has been confirmed. International Students. LANDLORD is unable to accept guaranty forms from persons living outside of the United States. In lieu of a guaranty, international students may prepay [1 divided by the number of tenants on lease] of three (3) months of the total monthly rent amount.
International Students. 5.1 We support international students in their dealings with visa entry requirements and we organise an orientation programme and social events to help them feel at home as quickly as possible.
International Students. All residents under the age of 18 years old are required to follow the following guidelines and procedures:
(a) Curfew time is 10:00pm;
(b) Residents are not permitted to leave the Property prior to 6:00am;
(c) Residents must present themselves to reception before 10:00pm and register their presence to avoid the Resident’s institution and/or guardian being notified.
(d) Permission to go on holidays or stay outside of the Property must be approved by the institution and/or guardian. Atira shaped by Xxxxx must receive written confirmation from the institution and/or guardian.
(e) No overnight guests are permitted. Visitors must leave by 10:00pm.
(f) No alcohol can be consumed or kept by the under 18 Resident. Under 18 Residents found to be in possession of or under the influence of alcohol will have their guardian notified immediately and their institution advised. Atira shaped by Xxxxx, shaped by Xxxxx, asks that all residents behave in a respectable and responsible manner, and that they consider the peace, comfort and privacy of their neighbours. If Atira shaped by Xxxxx is concerned about the personal wellbeing and/ or safety of a resident, then they are entitled to treat the situation as an emergency and enter a resident’s room/ apartment without notice and/ or notify their institution’s counselling services about any concerns. If a resident is worried about a fellow resident in their apartment or if the behaviour of another resident in the Property affects the peace and living situation of other residents, the resident should immediately notify management and endeavour to seek help for that resident of concern.
