Late Checkout Sample Clauses

The Late Checkout clause establishes the terms under which a guest may remain in their accommodation beyond the standard checkout time. Typically, this clause specifies any additional fees, the maximum allowable extension period, and the process for requesting a late checkout, such as notifying the front desk in advance. Its core function is to provide clear guidelines for both guests and property managers, helping to prevent misunderstandings and ensuring smooth turnover between reservations.
