Early closing days. On early closing days (as set forth in the twelve-month calendar) the workday shall be five and one- half (5-1/2) consecutive hours with starting times scheduled by the head custodian, with approval of the Supervisor of Plant Operations, and any time worked beyond 5-1/2 consecutive hours on such days shall be compensated as set forth in section 4.8 (0). Beginning with the day following the last school day for teachers and ending the day before the first school day for teachers (all as set forth in the school calendar) the normal workday shall be seven and one-half (7-1/2) hours not including lunch break, and the normal working day shall begin at 7:30 a.m., or in accordance with the non-summer work schedule as determined by the Director.

  • TIME OF COMPLETION The Owner shall issue a Notice to Proceed identifying the date for commencement of the Work. The commencement date shall be 10 or more days after the date the notice is issued. The Contractor shall achieve substantial completion of the Work within _____________________ (____) calendar days after the commencement date, as such completion date may be extended by approved Change Orders.   • Purchase Price and Payment Date Each Asset purchased by the Receiver pursuant to this Section 3.4 shall be purchased at a price equal to the Repurchase Price of such Asset less the Related Liability Amount applicable to such Asset, in each case determined as of the applicable Put Date.   • Pre-Closing Option Provided that the Recipient satisfies the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Recipient may elect to have Funds delivered by the OPWC to the Title Agent prior to Closing, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Escrow Agreement. Recipient shall make such election, if at all, by delivering to the OPWC a Disbursement Request Form and Certification in the form of Appendix E to this Agreement (the "Disbursement Request"), which shall identify the Title Agent as payee and shall be delivered after the Recipient's receipt of a Notice to Proceed and not more than sixty (60) days prior to Closing. The OPWC shall then deliver to the Title Agent Funds to be disbursed under this Agreement for the land acquisition, which Funds may be held, together with the Matching Funds, in an account subject to the terms and conditions of the Escrow Agreement. Any interest that accrues thereon shall be used by the Recipient for settlement costs. If the interest paid on such escrow account exceeds the settlement costs to be paid by the Recipient, then such funds shall be applied to the Cost of Project. If all of the conditions to the release of Funds set forth in the Escrow Agreement have been satisfied, the Title Agent shall release the escrowed Funds at Closing and apply the same to the land acquisition costs in accordance herewith and the settlement statement executed and delivered at the Closing. After Closing, the Recipient may request additional disbursements of Funds available under this Agreement relating to the land acquisition, including costs incurred in connection with appraisal of the Land, closing costs, title search, environmental assessments and other eligible costs. Within sixty (60) days of Closing, the Recipient shall deliver to the OPWC, or shall cause the Title Agent to deliver to the OPWC, a copy of the recorded Deed Restrictions and deed, or other instrument appropriate for the interest in the Land, and the executed settlement statement. If the Recipient does not close within thirty (30) days of disbursement, the Recipient must contact the OPWC immediately.

  • Successful Completion The percent of all Individuals receiving A&D 81 Services who successfully complete treatment must be at least [35%] (unadjusted rate). Successful completion of problem gambling treatment is defined as Individuals who have: (a) achieved at least [75%] of short-term treatment goals; (b) completed a continued wellness plan (i.e., relapse prevention plan); and (c) lack of engagement in problem gambling behaviors for at least [30] consecutive days prior to successful completion of A&D 81 Services.
