EARLY RETIREMENT MEDICAL INSURANCE COVERAGE. 21.4.1.1 A certificated unit member who elects to retire is eligible for continued medical insurance coverage if he/she meets the following qualifications: 21.4.1.1.1. Minimum of fifteen (15) years of full time service in the Madera Unified School District. Minimum of twenty-five (25) years of full time service in the Madera Unified School District for unit members who commence employment with the District after June 30, 2002.
