Common use of Earned Time Clause in Contracts

Earned Time. Off You will be provided with earned time off and 12 paid holidays each year in accordance with our policies and practices in effect from time to time. Notwithstanding any contrary policy or practice, however, you will be credited with a minimum of 25 days of earned time off per year, of which 10 days will be immediately available to you upon the Effective Date.
