Common use of EBCLC Board Clause in Contracts

EBCLC Board. Union members shall have the right to attend open sessions of EBCLC’s Board of Directors'[1] meetings. EBCLC will give the Union advance notice of such meetings, including the timing and agenda of all open sessions.
