Internal Hiring. Employees applying for another position within Compass Housing Alliance shall have their application, interview, reference information, seniority and qualifications for the job considered. Compass Housing Alliance is committed to helping Employees in their career advancement. An employee hired to a higher position shall, at the minimum, receive the base rate of that position plus any length of service increases the employee is eligible for and shall receive such pay rate immediately.
Internal Hiring. 12.5,1 Internal employees shall be preferred candidates for all open positions. When more than one employee meets the minimum qualifications for the position, the position shall be awarded to the applicant with the greatest seniority. The Employer agrees not to short list or interview any external candidates unless there is no qualified internal candidate who meets the minimum qualifications.
Internal Hiring. For the purposes of hiring, the def inition of “ internal employee” shall not include incumbent Term Employees, nor probationary employees during the first half of their initial probation period.

12. 6, 2 An internal employee who is the successful applicant for the vacant position shall complete a three (3) month probationary period. The probat ionary period may be extended by mutual agreement. I f the employee is not satisfied, or is unable to meet the specific job requirements of the position during the probationary period, the employee shall retain their level of seniority f or their former position, and shall be eligible for any vacant shifts and shall participate in the next rescheduling meeting. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the employee shall be considered to have resigned from former seniority lists.
Internal Hiring. A. Whenever possible, qualified employees currently in service will receive first consideration for any new or open position. Announcement of a new or open position will be circulated among staff for consideration before it is posted externally. EFF will leave the announcement internal for ten (10) business days, and will inform staff if the position will be posted externally, and if being posted externally, of the date when the job posting will be made public outside of EFF. Any qualified employee laid off within twelve (12) months of the announcement will be considered per Article 5 of this Agreement.
B. A qualified current employee who applies will have the opportunity to be interviewed for the position before EFF hires an outside applicant.
Internal Hiring. The Employer shall fill job vacancies from within the bargaining unit before hiring new employees, providing employees are available with the necessary qualifications to fill the vacant position.
Internal Hiring. Employees who have completed their initial probationary period, who wish to apply for a promotion/transfer as defined in Section 22.03, must meet the minimum stated qualifications. Applications for vacant positions will be accepted during the timeframe listed on the job posting. The opportunity for application includes employees on layoff.
Internal Hiring. 1. The District will notify teachers and staff of vacancies through school email.
2. The vacancy will be posted a minimum of three (3) days before it may be filled.
Internal Hiring. All bargaining unit positions will first be posted internally for a period of no less than ten (10) working days, after which the position will be posted externally and other recruitment methods may be used to identify additional candidates. Qualified internal applicants shall be affurded an opportunity to interview and provide a job talk, if applicable, provided they submit an application within ten (10) working days ofthe recruitmmt being opened.
Internal Hiring. All vacancies and promotions within the District shall be filled by members of the District should they meet the requirements of the position prior to the promotion becoming available.
Internal Hiring. (a) Regular employees shall be considered first for all open positions. Where any employee applies for any given position, the Employer shall take into account the qualifications of the applicant(s).
(b) Determination of qualifications shall be based on:
(i) the employee’s resume at the time of application; and
(ii) any other information the employee wishes to provide. Where more than one (1) qualified employee applies for any given position, the position shall be awarded to the applicant with the greatest seniority.
(c) The applicant shall be deemed hired upon decision of the Provincial Executive.
(d) A regular employee who is a successful applicant for the vacant position shall complete a trial period beginning on the date of commencement of working the new position and expiring after one hundred and twenty days (120) from the date of commencement of work in the new position. If the Employer or the employee is not satisfied during the trial period, the employee shall return to her former position, after two (2) weeks notice. Any other employee transferred as a result of the rearrangement of positions may also return to her former position.
