ECM Submittals Sample Clauses

ECM Submittals. ESP shall submit to Owner all shop drawings, product data, samples, mock-ups, and other submittals related to each ECM (“ECM Submittals”) for Owner’s review in accordance with Section 3.4. ECM Submittals must be provided to Owner within such time as to not delay the Work and Project Installation Schedule. ECM Submittals do not constitute Contract Documents. Their purpose is merely to demonstrate the manner in which ESP intends to implement the Work in conformance with information received from the Contract Documents. ESP shall not install any ECM unless and until an ECM Submittal specifically covering such ECM shall have been approved in writing by Owner. Approval of an ECM Submittal, however, shall not be evidence that the ECM Submittal and associated Work pursuant thereto conforms to the requirements of the Contract Documents, nor shall such approval relieve or diminish in any way ESP’s obligation to comply with the Contract Documents.
