Edit. The Production Pause Button Dialog Box The Edit button changes the display to show the Wire Edit window for the currently selected wire. Along the left side of this window are several buttons used for editing individual wires and parameters. A detailed explanation of the purpose and function of each button is given in the sections below. There are three main selections Wire, Marking and AutoStrip. The Wire edit window summarizes the wire cutting and stripping parameters for the selected wire. While the Production window shows all of the wires and their data, the WIRE edit screen shows the data for the selected wire only. The Marking window summarizes the marking parameters for the selected wire. The AutoStrip edit screen summarizes the AutoStrip control functions for the selected wire. The three main selections can be used to edit wire just as the Production window can. The difference is that the edit windows display the data for only one wire.  If you are in the Wire edit window and wish to go to the Marking window simply press the Marking button. The marking window for that wire will be displayed.  Once an edit window has been selected you will remain in that window even though you change wires unless you select a different window.  Each of the three Edit windows has the same set of buttons available.  At the top of each Edit window data area the current part number is displayed as a part of “… Parameters for…”.
