EDPlan Bank of Hours. This item provides for a specified number of hours to use towards new features and customizations requested by SBBC to enhance the EDPlan system in addition to the following: PCG provides supplemental services that can be customized to meet the needs of the SBBC, including consultative services related to district special education and/or general education operations, policies, procedures, or compliance not defined in the scope of services of this contract. PCG can also develop Special Education Policy and Standard Operating Procedures, facilitate student case reviews, and perform both targeted and full-scale program reviews. Areas of focus for targeted program reviews include, but are not limited to: ● Student Performance ● Staffing and Caseload Management ● Programming and Instruction ● Finance ● Professional Development ● Utilization of Paraprofessionals ● Multi-Tiered System of Supports ● Intervention and Referral ServicesParent and Family EngagementSpecialized Transportation

  • CITIBANK, N A. shall indemnify the Seller, each Affiliate of the Seller and each Person who controls any of such parties (within the meaning of Section 15 of the Securities Act and Section 20 of the Exchange Act) and the respective present and former directors, officers, employees and agents of each of the foregoing, and shall hold each of them harmless from and against any losses, damages, penalties, fines, forfeitures, legal fees and expenses and related costs, judgments, and any other costs, fees and expenses that any of them may sustain arising out of or based upon:

  • Span of Hours (a) The ordinary hours of work for a day worker will be between 6.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.

  • Spread of Hours The ordinary hours of work prescribed in this agreement shall be between the hours of 6.00 am and 6.00 pm on any day or all of the days of the week, Monday to Friday. The spread of hours may be varied by mutual agreement between the parties to meet specific needs of the Company or employees.

  • Arrangement of Hours (a) The ordinary hours of work, exclusive of meal times, shall not exceed an average of 38 hours per week.

  • Contact person at the Sending Institution a person who provides a link for administrative information and who, depending on the structure of the higher education institution, may be the departmental coordinator or will work at the international relations office or equivalent body within the institution.

  • Review by the World Bank of Procurement Decisions The Procurement Plan shall set forth those contracts which shall be subject to the World Bank’s Prior Review. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the World Bank.

  • Financial Institution with a Local Client Base A Financial Institution satisfying the following requirements:

  • Same Day/Next Day Appointments When Patient calls or emails the Physician prior to noon on a normal office day (Monday through Friday) to schedule an appointment, every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule an appointment with the Physician on the same day. If the patient calls or emails the Physician after noon on a normal office day (Monday through Friday) to schedule an appointment, every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule Patient’s appointment with Physician on the same or following normal office day.
