Threat & Risk Assessment Services. This Exhibit defines PCG’s available modules, features, and services to perform Threat & Risk Assessment Case Management services for SBBC. Refer to the payment terms exhibit for the items approved for spending authority. PCG’s evidenced-based solution assists in the implementation of a consistent, structured approach for multidisciplinary teams to identify and support students who present a potential risk of violence/aggression, self-harm, or other concerning behaviors. The solution helps school personnel identify students who are exhibiting behaviors along the pathway to violence and intervene with supports designed to de-escalate those behaviors in order to mitigate risk. EDPlan Threat and Risk Assessment Case Management is a web-based application consisting of several modules and functions that support teaching, learning and compliance within SBBC. Since needs vary by school system to school system, the EDPlan solution is highly configurable and respective EDPlan modules are licensed based upon the specific needs of SBBC.

Rehabilitation Facility This plan covers rehabilitation services received in a general hospital or specialty hospital.   • Project Management Services Contractor shall provide business analysis and project management services necessary to ensure technical projects successfully meet the objectives for which they were undertaken. Following are characteristics of this Service:

  • Development Services During the term of this Agreement, the Provider agrees to provide to or on behalf of the Port the professional services and related items described in Exhibit A (collectively, the “Development Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.   • Student Services 1. Students taking college classes for dual credit may utilize the same services that are available to other MCC students. MCC is responsible for ensuring timely and efficient access to such services as academic advising, learning materials (e.g., library resources), and other services for which the student may be eligible.   • Contractor Services Emerald has contracted, on an exclusive basis, with official contractors to provide certain services for the Event. Service companies other than the official contractors will not be allowed to perform any of these exclusive services. Non-exclusive services may be performed by exhibitor-appointed contractors (“EACs”) within certain guidelines. Please refer to the Exhibitor Service Manual for a listing of exclusive services and EAC guidelines.

  • Laboratory Services Covered Services include prescribed diagnostic clinical and anatomic pathological laboratory services and materials when authorized by a Member's PCP and HPN’s Managed Care Program.

  • Transplant Services Expenses for the following are excluded:

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.
