EDUCATION FEE. Community Land Trust Educational Fee: In addition to the actual costs connected with site management and the land use fee, the lessee shall pay an additional fee of five dollars per month to the Land Trust to cover the educational work of the Land Trust in its effort to serve more people in the region. This portion of the Lease Fee Assessment shall not vary through time.

EDUCATION FEE. The Lessor is committed to promoting Community Land Trust education programs for the benefit of the local and regional community, the land and the residents of all Leaseholds. A monthly education fee of five dollars ($5.00) will be included in the monthly charges to the Lessee. This portion of the Lease Fee assessment shall not vary through time.

The maintenance fees allow MISS DIG members to utilize Remote Access Accounts and Databases to manage their locate requests in the way most efficient to them. The MISS DIG System does not limit the number of accounts or databases a member requests and is able to ensure that the cost of these services is not passed on to members who not utilize additional services.
