  • Annual Meetings The Annual Meeting of Stockholders for the election of directors shall be held on such date and at such time as shall be designated from time to time by the Board of Directors. Any other proper business may be transacted at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

  • Labour Management Meetings The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. The meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial request, unless mutually agreed.

  • ATTENDANCE AT MANDATORY MEETINGS/SCHOOL EVENTS Where an employee is required through clear direction by the board to attend work outside of regular working hours, the provisions of the local collective agreement regarding hours of work and compensation, including any relevant overtime/lieu time provisions, shall apply. Required attendance outside of regular working hours may include, but is not limited to school staff meetings, parent/teacher interviews, curriculum nights, Individual Education Plan and Identification Placement Review Committee meetings, and consultations with board professional staff.

  • Special Meetings; Notice Special meetings of the Board for any purpose may be called at any time by the President or by any two Managers. Special meetings of the Board shall be held upon four days’ written notice or 48 hours notice given personally or by telephone, e-mail, facsimile or other similar means of communication. Any such written notice shall be addressed or delivered to each Manager at such Manager’s address as it is shown upon the records of the Company or may have been given to the Company by the Manager for purposes of notice or, if such address is not shown on records or is not readily ascertainable, at the place in which the meetings of the Board are regularly held. Written notice by mail shall be deemed to have been given at the time a written notice is deposited in the United States mail, postage prepaid. Any personal notice shall be deemed to have been given at the time it is personally delivered to the recipient. Written notice by e-mail shall be deemed to have been given at the time it is actually transmitted by the person giving the notice by e-mail to the recipient.

  • Joint Meetings 10.1(a) Should either party desire to discuss with the other any matter affecting generally the relationship of the parties, a meeting of Union and management representatives shall be arranged upon request of either party.   • Management meetings 31.1 Either the Engineer or the Contractor may require the other to attend a management meeting. The business of a management meeting shall be to review the plans for remaining work and to deal with matters raised in accordance with the early warning procedure. 31.2 The Engineer shall record the business of management meetings and is to provide copies of his record to those attending the meeting and to the Employer. The responsibility of the parties for actions to be taken is to be decided by the Engineer either at the management meeting or after the management meeting and stated in writing to all who attended the meeting.

  • Membership Meetings At the request of the Union the University agrees to grant a two (2) hour period twice a calendar year for purposes of a regular membership meeting. The University agrees to grant time off from work without loss of pay to those Employees regularly scheduled to work during that time.
