Education Reimbursement. 8.4.1 The Employer agrees to reimburse the actual costs of pre-approved training or education to a maximum of fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500) per fiscal year. This may include courses during or outside scheduled hours of work. Approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
