EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE/TRAINING. Section 1. At the discretion of the EMPLOYER financial assistance may be provided toward the cost of tuition and lab fees which an employee pays for instruction and associated administration expenses in conjunction with educational courses approved by the EMPLOYER in advance, subject to the following conditions:
EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE/TRAINING. (a) The Company shall provide financial assistance to eligible employees who while still employed and outside of their regular working schedule satisfactorily complete approved courses in accordance with educational assistance programs as established by the Company.
