Common use of Educational Plan Clause in Contracts

Educational Plan. The educational program of the School, including the School's mission, the characteristics of the students the School is expected to attract, the ages and grades of those students, its goals, innovative instructional methods, educational philosophy, instructional programs, and the focus of the curriculum are attached as ATTACHMENT 3 and incorporated by this reference. The mission, ages and grades of students, the focus, and the characteristics of students the school is expected to attract will not be materially changed without prior written notice to Sponsor and a thirty (30) day opportunity for the Sponsor to comment or object. All other categories may be modified without prior notice to Sponsor in the ordinary course of business.
