Effect of Leave Without Pay. Time spent on leave without pay in excess of fifteen (15) consecutive calendar days or leave without pay for the purposes of maternity leave in excess of ninety (90) consecutive calendar days shall not be considered as service in determining the employee's eligibility date for a salary increase unless such time has been spent on leave resulting from a job incurred disability.
