EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION OF AGREEMENT. 36.1 This agreement shall become effective on August 01, 2009 and shall continue in full force and effect until July 31, 2012, and from and for year to year thereafter, unless either party shall, at least sixty (60) days, but not more than ninety (90) days prior to any anniversary date, notify the other party in writing of any desire to make changes in or to terminate this Agreement.
