Effective Date for Pay Adjustments. Individual pay adjustments arising from periodic increments, reclassifications, revaluations and promotions (but not acting in a higher capacity) are to commence at the beginning of the bi-weekly pay period, the first day of which is nearest the calendar date of the pay adjustment.
