Effective Date of Dues Change. Any change in the amount of the employee’s regular dues, with resultant change in the amount of the allotment of the employee per pay period, will become effective with the deduction made the first pay period after transmittal of the notice provided such notice of change is received by the Payroll Section three (3) days prior to the beginning of the payroll period. Change in the amounts of the Union’s dues shall not be made more frequently than once each twelve (12) months.
