Effective Date of Increases. d Employees whose vacation days on January 1, 1995 excee ed the limits in 16.2, above, shall be grandfathered at their level of vacation leave at the time until they reach the next level as described in section 16.2 above. An increase in vacation leave shall be granted at the beginning of the calendar year in which the years of service requirement will be met.
