Common use of Effective Date of Pay Increase Clause in Contracts

Effective Date of Pay Increase. Notwithstanding any other provisions contained in this MOU, changes in salary and related benefits for promotions, demotions, and acting assignments are effective on the actual effective date of the promotion, demotion, or acting assignment.
