Donated Services i. Donated or volunteer services may be furnished to the Grantee by professional and technical personnel, consultants, and other skilled and unskilled laborers. The value of these services is not reimbursable either as a direct or indirect cost. However, the value of donated services may be used to meet cost sharing or matching requirements.
ii. To the extent feasible, donated services will be supported by the same methods used by the Grantee to support the allocation of regular personnel services.
Donated Services. In the event that an Employee has used all his or her accumulated sick leave as hereinbefore provided for sickness or accident not occasioned in the performance of his or her duty, the Executive Board of the Association may, with the approval of the Chief, arrange with other Employees to volunteer their services without pay on their day off so that the affected Employee may continue on the strength of the Department for a period of time.
Donated Services. A substantial number of unpaid volunteers make significant contributions of their time to develop the Museum’s programmes. The value of this contributed time is not reflected in these financial statements since objective measurement or valuation is not considered practicable
Donated Services. The parties recognize and support the desire of individuals, parents, business and/or community groups to contribute to the success of our schools and demonstrate their support for public education by donating their resources and volunteer services to the District. The intent of this section is to permit the District to accept donated services providing they do not result in the layoff, reduction of bargaining unit members or positions. No projects shall begin until the Labor Management Committee has approved said project, including any funding and/or resources provided by the District and/or site. Exception: Four (4) beautification days per 32.2.

Donated Services. I understand and agree that my Volunteer Services are donated to the Released Parties without contemplation of compensation or future employment, and are given with public service, humanitarian, religious, charitable, or other similar reasons. I understand that I am not an employee, agent or representative of the Released Parties and cannot make promises or decisions on their behalf. I acknowledge that in providing my Volunteer Services I am not covered by any state or federal wage and hour laws, nor am I eligible for workers’ compensation, unemployment insurance benefits, or any other type of employment benefit offered to employees.
Donated Services. It is mutually and expressly understood that Volunteer services shall be donated, and that said Volunteer is not entitled to nor expects any present or future salary, wages, or other benefits for these voluntary services. Volunteers are welcome to apply for employee positions when available. However, employment is not promised to current or former Volunteers. Due to the ministry population and restrictions minors (under the age of 18) are NOT allowed to volunteer. Volunteers may not bring their minor children with them onsite.
Donated Services. Local Government Units may supply labor to any project. Labor costs, usually in the form of hourly wage rates, must be shown in how the rate was determined. For example, if an engineering firm was going to donate its time to a project, the firm should be able to show that the donated value is the same rate it charges for regular jobs. To ensure the time worked has been tracked, timesheets should always be completed and provided for documentation. The person doing the work, signifying the accuracy of the data should sign the timesheets. If that person doing the work is an employee of a private entity, a supervisor or project manager should also sign the timesheet. Again, Appendix B provides an example of adequate documentation for donated services. If real property is used as credit against the LA’s share of the match, the property in question must meet certain criteria. The LA may be credited in an amount equal to the fair market value of any land that ODOT can provide for FHWA’s acceptance a certification that the acquisition satisfied the following conditions:
Donated Services. Zoom agrees to provide to Donee the Zoom Services as described on the Zoom Order Form at no charge (subject to applicable taxes payable by Donee unless Donee provides sufficient documentation to Zoom to support Donee’s tax-exempt status) (the “Donation”). The Zoom Services are governed by the Order Form, including the Zoom Terms of Service found at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xx/terms. The fair market value of the Services being provided to Donee is calculated at USD $976,600, which was determined by Zoom based on the retail cost of these Services.
