DEFINITION OF EMPLOYEE STATUS 8.01 The status of all employees covered by this agreement shall be defined under one of the following three definitions.

Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan 9.9.1 The College agrees to implement a group Registered Retirement Savings Plan for participation by employees. For regular employees who wish to participate in the Plan, the College agrees to contribute the total amount of the annual contribution by the fifteenth of the first month of the Benefit Year. Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually.
