Effective Service Date. If mailed as provided in Section 9.9.1 of this Agreement, notice will be deemed received five (5) days after the Notice is deposited in the U.S. mail as provided above. If delivered as provided in Section 9.9.1 of this Agreement, a notice will be deemed received at the time it is personally served, or on the day received as confirmed by any commercial air courier or express services. Any time period stated in a Notice shall be computed from the time the Notice is deemed received.

Effective Service Date. Unless otherwise specified in the Transaction Document, the effective service date is the date we provide you with administration credentials to access the Subscription Service (Effective Service Date). The Effective Service Date is the date the Subscription Term begins, which is not dependent on a customer launch date, go-live date or the date a Subscription Service is ready for use in a production environment. The Effective Service Date will apply to all the Subscription Services on the Transaction Document.

Related to Effective Service Date

  • Effective September 1, 2019, notwithstanding any other provision in the Collective Agreement, principals shall receive a minimum allowance of $25,000 annually, prorated based on FTE.

  • Transition Period Due to the nature of our purchasing process, the District often requires an existing service provider to continue to provide goods and/or services while the District is in the process of advertising, evaluating, and awarding a contract for the provision of the same goods and/or services in the future. To accommodate this process, the Contractor shall agree to maintain the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days after the automatic termination of this Agreement at the end of its term, if requested by the District, as a transition period. In addition, if the Contractor is not the successful bidder for a future solicitation for the same or similar services, he or she shall agree to provide the same goods and/or services provided in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days to allow for an orderly transition to the new provider. The District and the Contractor may mutually agree to a longer transition period.
