SIM Cards. We will provide You with a SIM card so that You can access Your Mobile Phone Service. All SIM cards remain Our property. You agree to the following conditions in relation to any SIM card which We provide to You: a. We may require You to comply with SIM card activation procedures in order to protect You against unauthorised use of a SIM card; b. You must take all reasonable care to keep the SIM card in a safe and good condition; c. You must immediately return the SIM card to Us on demand, or if We suspend or terminate Your Mobile Phone Service in accordance with clause 10 of Our SFOA; d. If You fail to return the SIM card to Us within 30 days of Our demand, or date of suspension or termination of Your Mobile Phone Service, You must pay Our standard SIM Card replacement fee; e. You must notify Us immediately if any SIM card is lost, stolen or destroyed, even if You have not yet activated the SIM card. You will be liable for all Charges attributed to any SIM card supplied to You until such time as You have notified Us of the theft, loss or destruction of such SIM Card; and f. You must obtain Our express authorisation, which may be conditional upon the lodgement of a security deposit, to use the SIM card in countries outside of Australia. Using Your SIM Card outside of Australia requires Us to activate Our mobile phone roaming service (‘Roaming Service’). The Roaming Service includes Charges for incoming calls at a rate set by the mobile phone supplier of the country in which You receive the calls and a forwarding Charge to all incoming calls forwarded by Us to Your mobile phone. Details of the Roaming Service Charges can be found on Our website at www. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.
SIM Cards. A SIM card purchase fee will not apply to Customer Devices being activated on the TELUS network for a 36 month Device Term.
SIM Cards. 6.1. The Client is responsible for obtaining SIM cards for the Collection Units unless they are supplied by the Solution Provider as part of a Complete Solution. 6.2. The Client shall indemnify the Solution Provider and its affiliated companies against losses, damage, fines, costs or expenses (including legal expenses) resulting from claims from third parties or relating to the latter, in particular those from third party suppliers of Mobile Communication Services, according to which the use by the Client of SIM cards supplied by the Solution Provider does not comply with the agreement relating to the acquisition of the SIM cards. The Client shall release the Solution Provider and its affiliated companies from any liability in this respect. 6.3. The Client expressly agrees to refrain from using the SIM Cards for any purpose other than that linked to the Telematics Services and agrees to compensate, protect and hold the Solution Provider harmless against any damage due to the improper use of SIM Cards.
SIM Cards. 3.1 Each of the Products will be supplied with a Subscriber Identity Module (“SIM”) Card required to establish wireless communications with a wireless service provider. Each SIM Card shall be the property of USAT and USAT shall be responsible for payment to the wireless carrier of all wireless service and other charges associated with such SIM Cards. 3.2 Upon CCE’s request, USAT will cooperate with the wireless service provider to transfer ownership and the attendant responsibility for payment from USAT to CCE. All costs imposed by the wireless carrier for services and expenses related to and arising from such a transfer are to be paid by and are the sole responsibility of CCE.
SIM Cards. 9.1 Where a SIM Card is lost or stolen or damaged You must inform Us immediately. You are liable for all and any charges arising under this Contract whether the same are due or not and whether the same have been incurred by You or not until We have been notified of the loss, theft or damage and have been able to suspend the Service. 9.2 Where a SIM Card is lost, stolen or damaged We will issue a replacement card for which We may, at Our discretion, charge You.
SIM Cards. 8.1 It is your responsibility to inspect any delivered SIM Cards and provide notice to us within 5 Business Days of delivery of any SIM Card defects. Failure to provide such notice, subject to any non-excludable conditionor guarantee implied by law, will mean that the SIM Cards are deemed to have been deliveredto and accepted by you. 8.2 Ownership of any SIM Card will pass to you upon receipt of payment for the SIM Card.

SIM Cards. 6.1 If we agree to supply you with an Airtime Service for the connection of LoneWorker Solutions™, the separate terms and conditions of the chosen Airtime Service provider will apply. 6.2 If you enter into separate arrangements in place of an Airtime Service offered by Mitie, your SIM card will be supplied by that operator. Any issues in relation to your SIM card must be reported to that operator for resolution and it is your responsibility to ensure that those arrangements remain in place and are operational throughout the duration of your contract with us to enable you to benefit from LoneWorker Manager™ and connected LoneWorker Solutions™ device/service. If, for example, you have entered into a pre-pay arrangement with your chosen network operator, then you must ensure that you have sufficient credit at all times. 6.3 You must not: (i) use the SIM card or equipment (or allow it to be used) for any illegal purpose. We may report the incidents to the police or any other relevant official organisation; or (ii) use any equipment that has not been approved for use on the network. If you are not sure whether the equipment is approved, you may contact us.
SIM Cards. 8.1. The provisions in this section 8 (SIM Cards) shall apply to any SIM cards that are supplied by Us as an integrated part of a physical (Access- branded) Access Product. As such, SIM cards and SIM Services are not a standalone Access Product. In this Section 8 the following definitions shall apply: SIM Provider means the third party provider (engaged by Us) to provide the SIM card and SIM Services SIM Services means the telecommunications service enabled within an Access-branded device by the use of an embedded SIM card which allows that device to connect with a mobile telecoms network. SIM User Terms Means the end user terms set out in paragraph 8.3 as may be updated from time to time by Us and communicated to You 8.2. In respect of each SIM card We provide, You shall: 8.2.1. Comply with the SIM User Terms; 8.2.2. Keep the SIM card activated for at least the minimum activation term notified to You at the commencement of the Agreement (if any); 8.2.3. Test the SIM card and any device with which it is being used at the intervals and in the manner notified to You from time to time; 8.2.4. (if the SIM card was provided with an Access Home Hub Device and You wish to make any claims relating to the SIM card under the warranty set out in paragraph 7.8), ensure that any such claims are made within 12 months of the delivery of the Access Home Hub Device; and 8.2.5. If and only if required, register with (or ensure that each end user registers with) the SIM card provider, select a unique password and username (“User ID”) and provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information; 8.3. You shall (and will ensure that any Authorised User of the SIM card and SIM Services shall) at all times: 8.3.1. comply with and uses the SIM card and SIM Services in accordance with this Section 8; 8.3.2. comply with the terms of any communication plan provided to You from time to time detailing the services and networks available to the SIM card; 8.3.3. Not use a SIM card or SIM Services beyond any hard cap on volume notified to You from time to time 8.3.4. notify Us promptly (and confirm in writing) on becoming aware or otherwise suspecting that any SIM card or any device in which it is installed ceases to work as intended or that any person is making improper or illegal use of such device, the SIM card or the SIM Services provided to You or an Authorised User. SIM Cards a. SIM cards (or any subsequent subscriber identity solution) used on AT&T Mobility’s network must be approved by AT&T Mobility or purchased from an AT&T Mobility-approved vendor and must include AT&T Mobility’s SIM profile; provided, however, that AT&T Mobility will provide DISH in advance with the names of certain SIM card vendors that AT&T Mobility has preapproved, and DISH will not be required to seek separate approval for the use of SIM cards purchased from such preapproved vendors. All custom SIM applications must be approved by AT&T Mobility in advance. AT&T Mobility only reviews the SIM application’s functional specifications to ensure that there are no obvious technical conflicts. AT&T Mobility does not test the functionality of DISH’s SIM application. AT&T Mobility is not liable for damages or claims associated with the failure of the SIM application to operate as expected by DISH on AT&T Mobility’s network and with Covered Devices. b. As of the Effective Date, [***]; provided, however, that the parties may agree on additional approved vendors from time to time in writing. [***] c. SIM cards may be sold and distributed to: (i) End Users for use with a Covered Device; and (ii) DISH’s direct or indirect sales agents and distributors selling Services on behalf of DISH solely for further sale and distribution to End Users for use with a Covered Device. Other than individual SIM sales to End Users for use with a Covered Device and sales in bulk or otherwise to DISH’s direct or indirect sales agents for the purposes set forth above, SIM cards may not be sold to any other third party. DISH shall ensure that all direct and indirect sales agents and distributors are instructed that sales of XXXx in violation of the foregoing restrictions are not permissible and shall use reasonable efforts to include such restrictions in contracts where possible. AT&T Mobility reserves the right to deny Service, either upon activation or subsequently, to XXXx appearing on AT&T Mobility’s service deny lists for one of a variety of reasons including, but not limited to cases where the SIM is stolen, has been used for “spam” or fraudulent purposes, is not used in a DISH Covered Device, or is defective.
