EHC. In any event, once an employee reaches age 70 and she continues to be employed she shall automatically be placed on the percentage-in-lieu as per Article 21.04 for all items now included in the payment.

EHC. The Employer agrees to contribute 75% of the billed premium towards coverage of eligible full-time employees under the current Extended Health Care Plan. The Extended Health Care Plan shall provide for a Hearing Aide benefit with a maximum of $300.00 per insured individual in each five (5) year period.
EHC. Levonelle ( in accordance with PGD criteria) • Condoms and information pack as provided by the Chlamydia Screening Office, of the LLR Sexual Health Service. • Information about pregnancy testing sites and local sexual health services. • Display of signage to promote service availability. Chlamydia Screening • Information pack provided by the Chlamydia Screening Office of the LLR Sexual Health Service, tailored to local needs in the area. • Opportunistic chlamydia screening kit as provided by Chlamydia Screening Office. • Signage and product placement.
EHC. The Employer agrees to provide to all post-probationary full-time employees the following coverage. The Employer agrees to pay 75% of the premiums for the following plans. There is a maximum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00) in a lifetime in combination with hospital and drugs.

The Employer agrees to pay 100% of the premiums for the following plans: • Extended Health (EHC) • $25.00/$50.00 deductible annually. • Generic Drugs unless otherwise specified by the physician. • no survivor benefits. • Vision care coverage - $180.00 per family member over the life of the Agreement. Effective first calendar month following ratification: Vision care plan of $300.00/24 months inclusive of eye examinations.
EHC. LLC shall not be liable to Contractor for, and shall not reimburse Contractor for any expenses paid or incurred by Contractor as a result of the work or of this Agreement. All compensation must be invoiced.

  • COVID-19 Residents acknowledge that in March 2020 the World Health Organization declared a global pandemic of the virus leading to COVID-19. The Governments of Canada, the Province of Ontario, and local Governments responded to the pandemic with legislative amendments, controls, orders, by-laws, requests of the public, and requests and requirements to Humber (collectively, the “Directives”). It is uncertain how long the pandemic, and the related Directives, will continue, and it is unknown whether there may be a resurgence of the virus leading to COVID-19 or any mutation thereof (collectively, “COVID- 19”). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing paragraph, Humber shall not be held legally responsible or be deemed to be in breach of this Agreement for any damages or loss arising out of or caused by:

  • WSIB & LTD An Employee who is receiving benefits under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, or under a LTD plan, is not entitled to benefits under a school board’s sick leave and short term disability plan for the same condition unless the employee is on a graduated return to work program then WSIB/LTD remains the first payor. For clarity, where an employee is receiving partial benefits under WSIB/LTD, they may be entitled to receive benefits under the sick leave plan, subject to the circumstances of the specific situation. During the interim period from the date of the injury/incident or illness to the date of the approval by the WSIB/LTD of the claim, the employee may access sick leave and short term leave and disability coverage. A reconciliation of sick leave deductions made and payments provided, will be undertaken by the school board once the WSIB/LTD has adjudicated and approved the claim. In the event that the WSIB/LTD does not approve the claim, the school board shall deal with the absence consistent with the terms of the sick leave and short term leave and disability plans.
