Elected Officials Not to Benefit. No member of or delegate to Congress shall be entitled to any share or part of this Agreement, or to any benefit that may arise from it.
Elected Officials Not to Benefit. No Member of or Delegate to Congress, Resident Commissioner, or elected official shall personally benefit from this Settlement or from any benefit that may arise from it.

No member of, or delegate to, the California State Legislature, the United States Congress, the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors, the city councils of the respective Cities, or the governing boards of the other Permittees shall be entitled to any share or part of this Agreement or to any benefit that may arise from it.
