Common use of Elected Officials Not to Benefit Clause in Contracts

Elected Officials Not to Benefit. No member of, or delegate to, the California State Legislature, the United States Congress, the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors, the city councils of the respective Cities, or the governing boards of the other Permittees shall be entitled to any share or part of this Agreement or to any benefit that may arise from it.
