SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES. The scheduling of activities for students will be in accordance with the schedule of courses at the UNIVERSITY and the schedule will be explored and planned with the appropriate personnel of the AFFILIATE. Student assignments, planned by the instructor in consultation with the appropriate supervisory personnel, will be selected in accordance with the particular experience and the opportunities available. The number of students assigned to AFFILIATE and the times of rotations will be mutually agreed upon.
SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES. Each plan must include a detailed schedule of known and anticipated activities, organized in a practical and understandable format. The schedule must include critical path and major milestones with sufficient detail to assess the Project’s progress. Updates to the schedule must be provided to Lessor on a quarterly basis. Lessor’s review or approval of such plans will be in accordance with Article 4.
SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES. The general schedule for expenditures and other activities is specified in the HCP. The City may, after consultation with the Oversight Committee but without amendment to the HCP, defer or delay activities for a period not to exceed two years from that indicated, except for matters addressed in the IFA or LMA, which shall remain subject to the schedules provided in those agreements. Such delays, and the reasons therefor, shall be described in periodic committee meetings and compliance reports.

SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES. As soon as the. MOU is signed, Xxxxx will assign a team to the Project that will be responsible for developing a Detailed Project Feasibility Study. This study, which will take about six months to complete, will include the following steps: Negotiate gas supply agreement with NGC; Identify specific Plant sites and negotiate terms and conditions; Prepare Detailed Market Study and obtain Letters of Intent Finalize process technology selection and initiate license Agreement negotiations; Initiate selection of EPC contractor; Complete detailed Project economic analysis; Initiate action to obtain debt and equity financing subject to final review of Project economics; and Initiate action to form corporation to own and manage the Project. Assuming that the Project's Detailed Feasibility Study is acceptable and that the definitive agreements are executed, the following action will be taken by Xxxxx: Complete financial arrangements; Select EPC contractor; Conclude market agreements: Conclude site Lease agreement; Conclude processing technology license agreements; and Initiate engineering design. It is estimated that three (3) years will. be required to design and build the Plant after engineering design is initiated.
SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES. Contact database design and construction is an ongoing process during the start-up phase. It will be finished by the end of December 2012.
