ELECTRIC FENCE CERTIFICATE. The SELLER undertakes, in accordance with the provisions of Regulations 12(4) and 13(1) of the Electrical Machinery Regulations 2011, to obtain an Electric Fence Certificate issued by a registered fence installer, confirming that the electric fence system is deemed to be reasonably safe and compliant with all legal requirements. Should corrective work be required prior to the issuing of the Certificate, the work shall be carried out at the expense of the SELER.
ELECTRIC FENCE CERTIFICATE. Prior to the Transfer Date, the Seller must at the Seller's expense, provide the Purchaser with an electric fence system certificate of compliance issued by a registered electric fence installer in accordance with the provisions of Regulations 12(4) and 13(1) of the Electrical Machinery Regulations, and dated not earlier than the Signature Date, to the effect that the electric fence system on the Property is deemed to be reasonably safe when properly used. Should remedial work be required prior to the issue of the certificate, such work must be carried out at the expense of the Seller.
ELECTRIC FENCE CERTIFICATE. 14.5.1. Should there be any electric fence system on the Property, then an electric fence system Compliance Certificate must be obtained, as required in terms of the Electrical Machinery Regulations of 2011 and the OSH Act.
ELECTRIC FENCE CERTIFICATE. The Seller shall at the Seller’s expense provide the Purchaser with an Electric Fence System Certificate of Compliance (“the certificate”) on installation of the Electric Fence System to the boundary of the Parent Property, being Erf 579 Franschhoek, which installation may not be installed as at date of transfer. Such certificate shall be issued by a registered electric fence installer in accordance with the provisions of Regulations 12(4) and 13(1) of the Electrical Machinery Regulations, 2011 and confirm that the electric fence system is deemed to be reasonably safe when properly used. Should corrective work be required prior to the issue of the certificate, the work shall be carried out at the expense of the Seller. Such Certificate shall not predate the Agreement of Sale by more than 2 (two) years.
ELECTRIC FENCE CERTIFICATE. The Seller shall, at his cost, deliver to the Purchaser an Electric Fence System Certificate of Compliance, as required in terms of the Electrical Machinery Regulations of 2011 (issued under the Occupational Health and Safety Act) in respect of the electric fence system on the property, if any. If the Seller is in possession of a valid electric fence certificate of compliance at the time of entering into this agreement, it is sufficient that he transfers the current certificate to the Purchaser, provided no alterations or amendments were made to the electric fence installation after the date of issue of the current certificate. If the Seller is not in possession of such certificate, or if he is in possession of such a certificate but amendments or alterations were effected to the electric fence installation after the current electric fence certificate was issued, the Seller hereby instructs the Agent to arrange this inspection and obtain the certificate on his behalf.

  • Acceptance Certificate Lessee hereby represents, warrants and certifies (a) that the Equipment described herein has been delivered to and inspected by Lessee, is in good order, repair and condition, and is of a size, design, capacity and manufacturer acceptable and satisfactory to Lessee and is unconditionally and irrevocably accepted for lease by Lessee under this Rental Schedule and the Master Lease as incorporated herein by reference, as of the Interim Term Commencement Date set forth above; and (b) the representations and warranties of Lessee set forth in the Master Lease are true and correct as of the date hereof.

  • Insurance Certificates The Contractor shall, in accordance with 2.1.2.2, procure the insurance coverages identified below at the Contractor’s expense (e.g. within the bid price and Contract Sum) and shall furnish the Owner an insurance certificate listing the Owner as the certificate holder and as an additional insured.   • Compliance Certificates The Company shall deliver to the Trustee, within 120 days after the end of each fiscal year during which any Securities of any series were outstanding, an officer’s certificate stating whether or not the signers know of any Event of Default that occurred during such fiscal year. Such certificate shall contain a certification from the principal executive officer, principal financial officer or principal accounting officer of the Company that a review has been conducted of the activities of the Company and the Company’s performance under this Indenture and that the Company has complied with all conditions and covenants under this Indenture. If the officer of the Company signing such certificate has knowledge of such an Event of Default, the certificate shall describe any such Event of Default and its status.

  • Invoice Certification When and if requested by DXC, as a condition precedent to payment thereof, Supplier shall separately certify each invoice as follows: “We certify that contract deliverables listed hereon were produced in compliance with all applicable requirements of Sections 6, 7, and 12 of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, and of regulations and orders of the U.S. Department of Labor issued under Section 14 thereof. We further certify that any and all additional contract deliverables will be produced in compliance with same.”

  • Compliance Certification From time to time the Sub-Adviser shall provide such certifications with respect to Rule 38a-1 under the 1940 Act, as are reasonably requested by the Fund or the Manager. In addition, the Sub-Adviser will, from time to time, provide a written assessment of its compliance program in conformity with current industry standards that is reasonably acceptable to the Fund to enable the Fund to fulfill its obligations under Rule 38a-1 under the 1940 Act.

  • TAX COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATION Contractor hereby affirms, under penalty of perjury as provided in ORS 305.385(6), that, to the best of Contractor’s knowledge, the Contractor is not in violation of any of the tax laws described in ORS 305.380(4). For purposes of this certification, “tax laws” means a state tax imposed by ORS 320.005 to 320.150 and 403.200 to 403.250, ORS Chapters 118, 314, 316, 317, 318, 321 and 323; the elderly rental assistance program under ORS 310.630 to 310.706; and local taxes administered by the Oregon Department of Revenue under ORS 305.620.

  • Monthly Report A. A Monthly Report shall be submitted within ten (10) calendar days of the end of each calendar month of the Period of Operation. Each Monthly Report shall be signed, dated, and certified by Concessionaire, Concessionaire’s Bookkeeper, or Accountant, and contain a Statement of Total Gross Receipts, excluding New Jersey State Sales Tax, derived by Concessionaire from operation of the Concession during the previous month. Each Monthly Report shall be based on the daily “Z” tapes or Point-of-Service (POS) device equivalent for that same month showing each day’s sales activity. Failure on the part of Concessionaire to provide the Monthly Report, when due, shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement subject to Suspension of Operations and/or Termination, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Paragraphs 9 and 10. Concessionaire shall provide Department with any additional written clarification and/or information necessary to confirm the accuracy of any or all of Concessionaire’s Monthly Reports.

  • AS9100 Certification ‌ AS9100 Certification, specifies requirements for a quality management system to demonstrate the Contractor’s ability to consistently meet the customer requirements as well as statutory and regulatory requirements for the aerospace industry. An AS9100 Certification, is not mandatory; however, Contractors who desire to compete for work within the aerospace industry are encouraged to have AS9100 Certification, during the entire term of OASIS. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their AS9100 Certification, and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits from an AS9100 Certification Body, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is AS9100, certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.
