Electrical Conductors. Failure of wiring to carry its designed circuit load to switches and receptacles. Wiring that is not capable of carrying the designed load, for normal residential use to switches and receptacles and equipment is a deficiency. The Builder/Warrantor shall check wiring and replace wiring if it fails to carry the design load.

Electrical Conductors. Underground electrical conductors will be installed in trenches at a depth in compliance with the Kittitas County (36 inches or greater). Conductors either will be direct burial or in a polyvinylchloride (PVC) conduit.
Electrical Conductors. Underground 34.5-kV electrical conductors will connect the solar array field transformers and the proposed BPA substation transformers. These will be installed in trenches along improved maintenance roads onsite at depths of 36 inches or greater (KCC, Chapter 12.24.040). Conductors will be direct burial or in a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) conduit. A photo of typical trenching for underground cables is included in CUP Application Supplement Attachment B, Photos 6 and 7.   • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • Electrical appliance safety The Hirer shall ensure that any electrical appliances brought by them to the premises and used there shall be safe, in good working order, and used in a safe manner in accordance with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. Where a residual circuit breaker is provided the hirer must make use of it in the interests of public safety.

  • Utilities The Landlord shall provide the following utilities and services to the Tenant: _

  • Electric If Customer has selected an Electricity Fixed Rate on the Application, Customer’s Price will be based on the Fixed Rate(s) which includes Local and State taxes, Gross Receipts Tax (GRT), PJM Adjustment (defined below) charges and adjustments and Utility applied charges and/or fees related to generation, plus the Administration Charge, which includes, Electricity Balancing Amount and third party utility and billing charges.

  • ELECTRICAL SERVICES The Company must construct and reticulate electrical requirements for all amenities and facilities. The Company must construct sub-station and distribution boards necessary to reticulate power to all Company owned or leased facilities which provide amenities to the public. The electrical installation must be to the design and installation standards of the State Energy Commission of Western Australia. All electrical reticulation must be placed underground.

  • Utility Any service provided by an outside source or manufactured in-house that facilitates building operations (e.g., gas, water, electricity, fire suppression water, fire alarm systems).

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)
