Contractor-developed Training Sample Clauses
The Contractor-developed Training clause establishes that any training materials or programs created by the contractor as part of the contract are subject to specific terms regarding ownership, use, and delivery. Contractor-developed Training. Develop and deliver Contractor-developed Training meeting the minimum requirements established by the Department. The outline for this training must be submitted to the Engineer for approval at the preconstruction meeting. The CRP or designated alternate may deliver the training in lieu of the Department-approved training. The work performed and materials furnished to develop and deliver the training will not be measured or paid for directly but will be considered subsidiary to pertinent Items.
