ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE. 25.1 The Seller hereby undertakes to furnish the Seller‘s Attorneys, prior to transfer to the Purchaser, with a Certificate of Compliance in respect of the Property, in terms of the Electrical Installation Regulations of 2009 under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act No. 85 of 1993, as amended), issued by an electrical contractor who is registered in terms of the Regulations. All costs incurred in obtaining such a certificate, including costs of any repairs or replacements required in order for the certificate to be issued, shall be borne by the Seller.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE. 24.1 The Seller hereby undertakes to furnish the nominated attorneys, prior to transfer to the Purchaser, with a certificate of compliance in respect of the property, in terms of the Electrical Installation Regulations of 2009 under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act No. 85 of 1993, as amended), issued by an electrical contractor who is registered in terms of the Regulations. All costs incurred in obtaining such a certificate, including costs of any repairs or replacements required in order for the certificate to be issued, shall be borne by the Seller upon the Seller furnishing the transfer attorneys with such certificate, the Purchaser shall have no claim whatsoever against the Seller in respect of electrical installations and no further liability in this regard shall rest upon the Seller.
24.2 The Seller warrants that, as at date of transfer, there will have been no addition or alteration to the electrical installations existing on the property subsequent to the issue of such certificate. In the event that there has been any addition and/or alteration, the Seller shall be obliged to obtain a certificate of compliance for at least the addition or alteration.
24.3 An electrical certificate of compliance issued not more 2 (two) years prior to the date of this Agreement of Sale shall be valid and effective for the purposes of this clause 25.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE. The SELLER hereby undertakes to furnish the SELLER's Attorneys, prior to occupation or transfer by the PURCHASER, whichever is the earlier, with a Certificate of Compliance in respect of the PROPERTY, in terms of the Electrical Installation Regulations of 2009 under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act No. 85 of 1993, as amended), issued by an electrical contractor who is registered in terms of the Regulations. All costs incurred in obtaining such a certificate, including costs of any repairs or replacements required in order for the certificate to be issued, shall be borne by the SELLER.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE. The Seller hereby undertakes to furnish the Seller‘s Attorneys, prior to transfer of the Sale Object to the Purchaser, with a Certificate of Compliance in respect of the Sale Object, in terms of the Electrical Installation Regulations of 2009 under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act No. 85 of 1993, as amended), issued by an electrical contractor who is registered in terms of the Regulations. All costs incurred in obtaining such a certificate, including costs of any repairs or replacements required in order for the certificate to be issued, shall be borne by the Seller. Should the Seller fail and/or neglect to obtain the COC, for whatsoever reason, the Agent (or its authorised representative) may appoint an independent qualified electrician to conduct the necessary services to procure the COC on the Sale Object, the costs thereof shall first be paid from the Purchase Price intended to be paid to the Seller, upon date of transfer of the Sale Object to the Purchaser.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE. 21.1 The SELLER hereby undertakes to furnish the SELLER's Attorneys, within two weeks of the PURCHASER’S final xxxx xxxxx being confirmed or within two weeks of request by the SELLER’s Attorneys, whichever is the earlier; with a Certificate of Compliance in respect of the PROPERTY, in terms of the Electrical Installation Regulations of 2009 under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act No. 85 of 1993, as amended), issued by an electrical contractor who is registered in terms of the regulations. All costs incurred in obtaining such a certificate, including costs of any repairs or replacements required in order for the certificate to be issued, shall be borne by the SELLER.
21.2 Upon the SELLER furnishing the SELLER's Attorneys with such certificate, the PURCHASER shall have no claim whatsoever against the SELLER in respect of electrical installations and no further liability in this regard shall rest upon the SELLER.
21.3 The SELLER warrants that, as at date of occupation or transfer, whichever is the earlier; there will have been no addition or alteration to the electrical installations existing on the PROPERTY subsequent to the issue of such certificate. In the event that there has been any addition and / or alteration, the SELLER shall be obliged to obtain a Certificate of Compliance for at least the addition or alteration.
21.4 An Electrical Certificate of Compliance issued not more 2 (two) years prior to the date of this Agreement of Sale shall be valid and effective for the purposes of this clause 18.

21.1.1. Upon the SELLER furnishing the SELLER’s attorneys with such certificate, the PURCHASER shall have no claim whatsoever against the SELLER in respect of electrical installations and no further liability in this regard shall rest upon the SELLER.
21.2. All costs incurred in obtaining such a certificate, including costs of any repairs or replacements required in order for the certificate to be issued, shall be borne by the SELLER.
14.2 An Electrical Certificate of Compliance issued not more 2 (two) years prior to the date of this Agreement of Sale shall be valid and effective.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE. The PURCHASER acknowledges that –
19.1 There will be no obligation on the SELLER to furnish it with an electrical installation certificate of compliance and which certificate is issued in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act No 85 of 1993. The obligation is that of the PURCHASER to provide the certificate of compliance.
19.2 He will take the necessary steps to obtain the electrical installation certificate of compliance at his own cost prior to registration of transfer. In the event of any electrical work being required in order 000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Menlo Park, Pretoria, Gauteng P.O Box 11246, Menlo Park, Gauteng, 0161 to obtain the said certificate, all the costs associated therewith shall be for the account of the
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE. There shall be no obligation on the CEDENT to provide the CESSIONARY with an electrical compliance for this property.

Should the seller fail to furnish the CoC, the agent shall have the right to appoint an electrician of his choice and costs thereof will be deducted from the purchase price and paid out of the deposit.
